The drive to Brenton gives you great views of Knysna and when you get to the free car park the views along the beach are tremendous, there is a bistro cafe opposite the car park if you need refreshments.

If time permitted, we would have stayed at the Tsitsikamma Cottages within the park as they were extremely reasonably priced with great access to the walks.

Beautiful walk, park in the carpark then follow the beach all the way to Brenton on Sea, we were there peak season and although the first part of the beach was busy you are soon away from the crowds, it is stunning
Other than that, Buffs is a beauty, nestled in the Goukama Nature Reserve, a perfect place for a family getaway or friends road-trip.

What a beautiful nature reserve, on the boat to featherbed we saw seals playing in the water, our guide Ali was fantastic, dramatic scenery, wonderful views, nice restaurant at the end.

The parks board always have very clean facilities and the parking area we found very safe to leave our car.
