    Review of: Springbok Atlas Luxury Charter
    GREAT
    We did two different tours with Springbok Atlas Luxury Charter.

    The coaches and driver were great. The coaches were comfortable and both had bathrooms.

    The drivers were very professional and courteous.

    Review of: Xenon Transfers and Tours
    They never showed up!!!
    I have been a travel agent for over 20 years. I booked Xenon Travel to provide roundtrip transfers for some of my customers traveling in South Africa. They were to pick them up at the airport and take them to their hotel and then, 5 days later, pick them up at their hotel and take them back to the airport. They did provide the transfer from the airport to the hotel but never showed up for a 4:00 a.m. pick-up to take my customers back to the airport for an early morning flight. They left my customers stranded! They wouldn't answer their phone and my customers had to call taxis to transfer them to the airport so they wouldn't miss their flight. I then personally called them and they wouldn't answer their phone, so I emailed them and never received a response. I finally tried to call them a few days later and they answered their phone. The gentleman who answered said he was not aware my passengers were left stranded. He promised to research this and get back to me within a few days. That was 2 weeks ago. No emails, no follow-up, not even an apology. Horrible customer service and unreliable transportation. I will never use them again.
