Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

It's an iconic landmark in Shanghai. I take the elevator straight up to the 263-meter observation deck. I can get a stunning panoramic view of the entire city. I had dinner at the Oriental Pearl Sky Revolving Restaurant – it’s a lovely place.I can enjoy delicious food while soaking in the amazing views😚😚

Tips ✨: Purchase your tickets online in advance to avoid queuing on site. Wear comfortable shoes.

Visiting Shanghai Disneyland was a smooth and enjoyable experience! Entry was hassle-free using our passports, making the process quick and efficient.
Despite the indicated long wait times for rides, the actual queueing was much faster than expected, which was a pleasant surprise.Since it's winter, the temperature drops significantly at night, so layering up is essential for a comfortable experience. Also, keep in mind that the shops outside the park close around 9:30 PM, so plan your shopping accordingly. Overall, a great visit with minimal hassle!

Had a nice visit to the park on my daughter's birthday. Some of the park's areas seemed in need of a bit of renewal with several rides closed but overall nice enough. Daytime was pretty quiet with mostly school kids wandering around but when night hit things likened up with the Halloween theme throughout the park. The actors we all fun as were the haunted houses and Halloween decorations. Not a huge super park so doing it all in one day is easy. Seems the whole family had fun and the birthday girl loved it..as such I'd guess we'd happily return next time we find ourselves in Shanghai

To get to the area where the lift to the viewing platform is can be a little tricky to find first of all but then it’s straightforward. My husband and I had pre-booked the Skywalk, after some confused faces of staff who didn’t quite understand what we were showing them on the phone finally someone understood and we were give priority access in to the lift and were up within minutes.
The viewing area is very spacious with lots of angles to get some decent pictures, we didn’t have the most clear day which was a shame but it was good enough. There are places to get snacks and souvenirs as well.
Then came the Skywalk, the two members of staff didn’t speak any English (not their fault of course) but it made communication difficult and they already didn’t appear to be in the best of moods. The experience itself was fantastic and something I would definitely recommend to others, being able to lean over the edge, have a bit of fun and sit enjoying the view with the wind in your face was thrilling. The only down side is the camera they use to take your pictures isn’t the best quality so it looks almost like you have been photoshopped in to the view.

Who doesn't love travelling at high speed on a futuristic train. It's a great way to enter Shanghai from the airport. It is also a great start to modern China

I'm sitting here waiting for the race to start and I thought I'd take some time to write a detailed review.

    Pros:
-Many bathrooms (never a line in the bathrooms on the back straight)
    -good views
-easy to take your own stuff (chairs, tents, food, drinks)
    -public transit
    -crowd control
    -activities beyond the race
-prices on food and drink at the track were not as ridiculous as other venues for this kind of event
    Cons:
-Not enough food stands or food trucks. I have gone to many races in Montreal and it seemed everywhere had food trucks and drink stands. Here there were not enough. The line for the shake shack tents or Heineken tents was 100m+ at times. Recommend taking your own stuff. The sign says you can't bring in alcohol but I saw no clear evidence of it being confiscated at the security checkpoint. Before going I bought some gin and whiskey and mixed it in with sprite bottles and coke bottles, and the security told me to "take out my lighter" but I didn't have a lighter and they let me go
-Didi drop off points. Not a big deal, makes sense, but if you take a didi (Chinese Uber/Lyft if you aren't familiar) you'll have to be dropped off about 800m from the track, so know which side you need to be dropped off at so you don't end up walking an extra kilometer
-Video screens are few, far between, and too small. Montreal has large video screens all around the track where you can see what's going on on track while you're not at your seat or viewing area.
-Mobile Data is slow during F1 sessions due to overuse by the crowd. I'd recommend they offer more public wifi

"Juss Sports" is the official ticket vendor for the F1 Grand Prix and they start selling in January but the tickets sell out very fast. I had to use an app called xianyu ("lazy fish") to hire a broker who had first dibs on daily returned tickets on the Juss Sports website and I had to pay a small premium for this privilege.

You will need to assign your name and ID number to your ticket at this event and to enter your section you have to scan your face. You set this up at the track entrance at a tent with guys that take your picture and enter your passport info.

It's easy to get into sections that aren't yours after F1 is finished for the day to see the F4 and Porsche support races. Just find an entrance with no ushers and act like you're scanning your face correctly

I highly recommend you to add this place to your visit! Beautiful show, you’ll enjoy every part of it.
There is 15min break during the show. You can buy coffee, soft drinks and popcorn inside the circus.

We had this show included on a tour of China with Wendy Wu Tours. We had no idea what to expect but we found it to be an absolutely fabulous experience. The show is based in a purpose built theatre which is in the round. The acts are all different, yet each artiste is talented and fantastic. There are no bad seats, due to the design of the theatre, so,our view was superb. Highly recommended.

Currently the third tallest building in the world and the tallest in China itself. The structure and architecture is incredible, whether you’re viewing from afar or looking up from the base of the building, it’s rather striking, especially when lit up at night.
We had previously purchased some bottles of alcohol to take back to the UK and couldn’t take them in to the building, the staff were all incredibly friendly and made note of our details for us to come and collect them later… when returning after our trip up the tower they recognised us straight away and handed over our items, no hassle at all.
Before going in to the elevator you walk through an exhibition section that has numerous displays to do with the tallest buildings around the world as well as the building process of the Shanghai Tower, which was all rather interesting.
The elevator rises at quite a speed, so your ears pop and feel the pressure quite a lot as you ascend.
Once at the viewing level the views are just incredible, we didn’t have the clearest day but still had great views across Shanghai and the Huangpo river, there are souvenirs available as well as photoshopped pictures of you and the Shanghai skyline available to purchase, we weren’t up there very long but it was enjoyable none the less and something that should be done whilst you’re in the city.

Our tour guide (Charlie) led us expertly through so many interesting spots of Shanghai we would have never found ourselves! The bikes were great, accompanied by extensive knowledge, fun anecdotes and delightful company. Not to forget the mouth watering food stops, truly enjoyed this bike trip! Highly recommended👍🏼

Had an amazing time on the Stone City hike in Yunnan organised by M2. Beautiful location, good and clean accomodation, and a fun group of hikers to spend 6 days with! Definitely recommend for any hiking enthusiast, whether for day hikes or multi-day hikes.
