Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

A really nice area and not too busy. Not all that much to see but the park is also connected with the other side so you can combine both Sheshan parks in a morning.

I was recommended by the local while searching for places to walk in Minhang.

It is a huge park and seems popular among the locals. Many came for exercise, with their dogs and families.

Huge space and with very nice scenery!

If you just want a nice walk (not hike) out of the busy, noisy city, this is a great place. The shade, bamboo forests, winding paths are relaxing and great for a time of quiet repose or chatting with friends. If you are truly interested in the sites on the mountain, realize that the astronomical museum is totally in Chinese and that the Basilica is closed now for renovations.
