- Jorge Navarrete2 contributionsMr. Sitender was our driver on our trip to India for 1 full week. He took us to Jaipur, Delhi, Rudrapur, and Agra. He would sacrifice his sleeping time and drive at night to deliver us to our next destination to maximize our time at the places we wanted visit. He became a friend of us. He protected us from abusive tour guides, or street vendors who incredibly increased their prices to people who don’t speak Hindi. Since we had long trips, to make our ride more enjoyable, he teached us Hindi and showed us Indian music. - Jonsee120 contributionsRam Naresh picked us up from Delhi airport and was with us throughout our stay up to Jaipur.His knowlege of the country is first rate and knew where to take us to get the very best experiences of this region.We went by train from Delhi to Jaipur and Ram drove to meet us at Jaipur, taking our cases with him to save us the hasstle of carrying them on the train.He responded to any specific requests that we had and delivered even more on those requests. He was punctual, very polite and a real character.His car was pristine and came with cold drinks and food etc for our comfort.All counrtries that we have historically visited we have hired a car, however India is not the place to to take on this experience, with Ram we did not feel in any kind of danger with the Indian traffic system, Ram knew his way arround like the back of his hand. We can not thank or recommend Orai Tours and especially Ram enough for his proffessional services. He comes very very highly recommended (and we dont print that comment lightly) Thank you Ram for all your help and you certailnly added very much to our experience of India & The Golden Triangle.
We will deffinately visit Indoa again and Orai Tours will be our first contact point. Well done & Thank you Abram & Lilwen JonesWritten 23 November 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC. - Purav Joshi2 contributionsWe have booked 11 seater deluxe Tempo Traveller from Mr. Sunny for Uttrakhand trip.(Haridwar, Risikesh, Mussorie, Jim Corbett,Bhimtal and Nainital from 28 October to 3 November) Main issue was that we had booked 11 seater Tempo Traveller and Driver came with 16 seater Tempo Traveller which was not as per our requirement and also not suitable for hill area apart from that all things were good, Rate of vehicle was very affordable compared to other vendor, Mr Sunny always available for any kind of help during traveller, driver Mr. Vicky/Dimple was good in behavior throughout the traveling and very helpful during travell, it's safe journey for family members, surely recommended for booking through Mr. sunny, Yes but there's always scope of improvement.Written 3 November 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.

We had inquired with a lot of Tempo Traveller Rental companies but after visiting Tempo Travellers website & YouTube Channel we are decided to book their vehicle services. Tempo Travellers Company Owner Mr. Javed Ali were managed our tour plan in a manner way, as we had children travelling with us we were worried about the journey but driver sameer really made it a point to keep in constant touch till the end of our journey. The driver was very helpful and also very knowledgeable about all routes.

- JAVED S1 contributionNever used this redbus app. I booked 20 seater tempo traveller bus. I paid partial amount. Redbus gave me 14 seats bus. And last movement redbus not provide me any other bus and cancelled by booking. No customer care support. I call it more tha 5 times waiting time period is more than 15 min and after that every executive said we will call u within 30 mins but no call did. - rajesh1 contributionworst bus service. i booked bus 15 days in advance and planned my holiday accordingly.
