as once you arrive at the top, you will not be disappointed. Our guide Elizabeth, patient and knowledgeable. The day started misty but when the mist lifted, what a view. Walking through and listening to the history. Inca people were far ahead of their time. If you are considering doing the Andes and Machu Picchu, go, do not hesitate. - Alex MLos Angeles, CA6 contributionsGetting to see a wonder of the world in one day? Yes, please! This was an incredible one-day tour from Cusco to the awe-inspiring Machu-Picchu! The transportation was smooth, and we especially enjoyed the train ride on the Inca Rail, as there is a memorable performance on board. Nonetheless, the highlight of the whole experience was our guide at the site, Mauro! He was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and it was wonderful to hear how he talked with such pride about his culture. He made the whole trip so special for us, and we would highly recommend this trip to anyone. We had an amazing guide named Beli who was very knowledge able of the hikes each day and has informative history lessons each day of the trek. The climb to journey time is hard but do it walking slowly. We stayed in Aguas Calientes after Sacred Valley and they were able to accomodate this. Very responsive and reasonable price! Would highly recommend this tour and the guides. Well organised and responsive. Machu Picchu itself is absolute amazing and there were stunning views throughout the entire walk.
