- KimHo Chi Minh City, Vietnam2,102 contributionsSo excited! There are a lot of small shops with some products like: souvenir, clothes, small gift... also fresh seafood! Enjoy!Written 4 January 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- Rob NesbitWarsaw, Poland2,260 contributionsInterested in having a gander at the local sea food market street as it is listed as a place to see, and sure enough it was captivating and full of life, and fish!
A hive of activity, with people buying and selling in every nook and cranny, and the odor of fresh fish filling the air,was great for people watching.....Written 20 June 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC. - Ali68KentUnited Kingdom98 contributionsHad an hour here which was more than enough
Dirty smelly basic grotty Asian market
Every which way we turned the stalls were the same
There was some interesting jewelerry stalls at reasonable prices if that is your thingWritten 14 March 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC. - Michael LBrisbane, Australia597 contributionsLooks much bigger from the outside Han what is actually open, now t worth a visit yet, around the corner of s a Lott’s shopping centre which may be a better optionWritten 12 July 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- travelhelper666Nadi, Fiji53 contributionsI am enjoying my stay in Vung Tau, but being a westerner with fussy tastes regarding food, I have found it hard to find places to eat. Most of the restaurants look either a bit dirty or cater for local clientele. The Lotte Hypermarket center has several places in the ground floor food court for me to eat including vietnamese and western style foods. There's even a KFC and Dairy Queen.
The mall also has a few specialty stores and a supermarket/department store. Worth visiting if you want western style foods, groceries, or just to get out of the sun for an hour or two.Written 15 May 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC. - Flynn1 contributionBeen travelling around for a while and must say these are ones of the very best jams I have tried yet, just love the sharp and tropical taste. These work great with mom's pancake and can also be converted into high-end dressing sauce for fishes, especially seabass or mahi-mahi. Highly recommended as souvenirs from Nam!Written 20 May 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- Mark JHo Chi Minh City, Vietnam16 contributionsWhile we go to Vung Tau predominately for the beach and a quiet retreat from Saigon, Lam Son Square is good for the evening or a rainy day, especially for entertaining young kids. On the third floor, there are arcade games, a decent bowling alley and a nice soft play area. Upstairs, the CGV cinema is a good option too. Whilst the Lam Son isn't the most luxurious of 'malls', it definitely is a good place for an evening or two.Written 14 July 2018This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
