The drivers of the 4x4 were both great drivers and amazing organisers of the campsite. They showed us all the important places as per itinerary and made us delicious dinner too. - We had an amazing time with Mahmud and his team. Everything was perfektly well organized and the team matched! In fact, we spent 3 nights in the desert. We couldn´t tell what was coming, but trusted our hosts and did well so. We had stops at really touching sites. We saw red sand desert because of the sunset, we saw desert foxes visiting our camp, we did sandboarding, saw whtite desert, new white desert and black desert, hot spring-pool at an beduine house, the smallest oasis ever and a wid camel!
The team was polite and helpful and kept in the background. After a week in Cairo it was so surprising for us to meet you and your team with a somehow different cultural behavior and attitude - so soothing to our souls.
Mahmud always said "Don´t worry!". We can for sure testify that this wasn´t only words, but they were based on knowledge about his job and the desert. And a caring heart also!
We couldn´t believe that it never got boring, but was a perfect balance of experiencing the desert and nature on one hand and relaxing on the other hand.

Just book it! My travel partner and I booked with Mostafa many months prior to our trip. He was easy to communicate with, answered all of our questions, and even reassured us when we were nervous! He designed a top notch, custom itinerary for us. Our professional Egyptologist guide Nesreena (Nana!) reached out several days early as well. Our driver and Nana picked us up at the Hilton right on time, we went to the pyramids of Giza and learned all about it. Then we met Mostafa for our camel ride. AMAZING! He and the camel driver took us on a long ride way out into the desert. He was so patient and kind... reassured us as we were nervous! We took our time, they took amazing photos and some fun videos. We never felt rushed. My camel's name was Valentino and my friend's was Michael Jordan. So fun! Beautiful animals. We heard more history and answered all our questions. We eventually headed back and met Nana and our driver again. Nana asked what souvenirs we still needed and made a suggestion and took us to an amazing shop where we had custom bracelets made for my two sons with a cartouche with their names. It was the perfect idea!! The shop also had beautiful jewelry so I purchased a pair of earrings for myself. We went to the GEM museum and continued our tour. Eventually went for a delicious lunch at a local eatery to end the day.
The following day we had the same driver and professional guide. We went to Memphis and Saqqara. Did more shopping and went to the carpet school and the supermarket.... neither were on the itinerary but added bonuses! We had another delicious lunch of local food. We couldn't be happier and would recommend booking with this company for any type of tour you may desire. - Mark TBrazilWe were blown away by how smoothly everything went with New Life Travel. The hot air balloon ride was an absolute dream and such a unique way to start the day. Floating above Luxor as the sun rises is something everyone should experience at least once.
What stood out the most was the professionalism and friendliness of the team. They were so attentive and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. Even our kids, who can get restless on tours, were completely engaged thanks to how fun and interactive the guides were.
New Life Travel made exploring Luxor easy and enjoyable. Each site we explored had its own unique story, and our guide made it all come alive. We mainly wanted to do a camel ride and learn more about the pyramids, so this tour was the perfect choice. Our guide Mahmoud El Wakeel was very nice and gave us a lot of helpful information (also about how to navigate all the vendors around Giza!). - Leading up to my tour, the agency kept in contact with me throughout which put me at ease. The day started with a punctual pick up and my guide, Hakiem, welcomed me with a warm smile. The 2hour drive was comfortable and the WiFi in the vehicle was a great added benefit. The hospitality at the camp that I experienced was amazing not to mention the delicious meal prepared by the local family. The natural scenery was breathtaking and the Valley of the Whales was mind blowing - so much so I forgot about the heat. Hakiem and the drivers (Dsoqy and Mohamed) made my day trip unforgettable.
