Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

What travellers are saying
- N J1 contributionI love this park. It’s the best thing about São Paulo. A peaceful oasis in the middle of a concrete city. I wish every park had coconut vendors.Written 4 December 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Rapoo S3 contributionsThe avenue is blocked on Sundays, but people are still free to stroll about. Along with a number of eateries and cafés. Some roofs are open late for beverages and delicious dinners. Need to leave. Treat wallets and ostentatious, showy cameras with caution.Written 7 August 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Rapoo S3 contributionsLovely, well-kept workspace with lots of fascinating art.
The kids would find the exhibit I visited to be quite engaging and sensory. Not to mention, the usual display is amazing.Written 7 August 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. The bathrooms it seems are well managed also.Written 21 January 2025This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- LolaGo1Washington DC, DC6,627 contributionsAfter visiting the Metropolitan Cathedral, I walked to this attraction. On the way, I noticed another small church and the famous, Santa Teresa Restaurant/Bakery that has been in existence since 1872.
There are shops and restaurants selling Japanese goods and foods. Felt like I was back in Japan! Took several pictures here and enjoyed the ambience.Written 19 March 2025This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. The good thing is that we visited the museum on a Tuesday so it’s free. The bad thing is that it closes by 8pm and It’s our fault that we didn’t come early in order to explore the whole exhibit.
During our visit, there was a special exhibition of queer art for all over the world which is fascinating to know about.
The facility is great and the structure of the museum is amazing to look at. They also had a gender neutral bathroom and I had to double check where I was in the right one or not. Great initiative!Written 13 February 2025This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. The shops are great for browsing but are primarily fish, cheese, fruit, etc. So….not necessarily a lot of things for a tourist to buy. We had a tour that took us here. Otherwise, I would not try to get here on your own. The surrounding neighborhood is not ideal.Written 6 November 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Dohko the TravellerSantos, SP5 contributionsI went there before, and it were a lot of fun! but in this pandemic stuffs there were less interactive (that is something very understandible!)Written 17 March 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - 53businesstraveler69Savannah, GA363 contributionsAmazing VIP package to come see Paul McCartney on tour. The Parque Mirante restaurant was great (despite the Vegan served food) it was delicious. Great view of the stage and sound check area. We were rained on during the sound check after the meal, but the show that night was amazing. At 81 years of age, Paul pulled off Helter Skelter, Live and Let Die, and many others for over 2 and half hours, switching between 4 stringed instruments and 2 pianos without taking a break, (and Biden can't even walk up stairs).Written 11 December 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - craftywriterSan Diego, CA2,101 contributionsGreat museum, located inside the Estadio Municipal Paulo Machado de Carvahlo. Most of the museum includes text in Portuguese, Spanish, and English. The few items that aren’t translated into English I had no problem using google translate. There’s also an audio tour available. At the end of the museum are a bunch of interactive exhibits that the kids and adults will love. Some of the items inside include a history Pele’s career and several of his jersey’s. Lots of pictures of Marta Vieira da Silva too. I enjoyed the columns by years… showing significant events that occurred not just in soccer during each decade.
I would definitely recommend this museum not just for the soccer but for Brazilian history too.Written 16 January 2025This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
