I booked a class for four of us: my husband and I, my sister, and her boyfriend. The booking process was quick and easy, getting to the Belorusskaya location not so much, I would take a taxi next time. The building itself feels old and rusty, but once you enter the premises of the studio, it's beautiful, shiny and new.
You choose your evening based on the three dishes to be cooked and I really like that - the competition CulinaryON only writes the theme of the evening which doesn't say much and the dishes you get to cook might not be the ones you're interested in. Not here, everything is written beforehand so you can choose.
The equipment is very good, everybody gets to cook their own food. Staff is helpful and professional, many good tips are added to it.
My only complaint is that the social aspect of the evening is not so much in the forefront: We would have preferred to have a welcome drink as well as some kind of drinks earlier in the process of cooking. Many people just take their food and leave after cooking so if you stay and sit down, you're quite lonely there. Also, with so much plating and the way the menu is cooked, when you sit down to eat your meal, it's already cold. Should these issues be addressed, I would wholeheartedly give this place five stars.
