This museum is a great introduction to this region.
We stumbled upon the museum located on the first floor of the Sibu Heritage Centre.
The museum is very interesting and there are weaving demonstrations.
The weaving studio & mini museum is located on the 4th floor.
Islamic Museum Kuching
Located behind the newer Sarawak Museum building, entry is free and I thoroughly recommend a visit.
Set up in the Art Museum wing of the Sarawak Museum, it replaces the galleries in the demolished ex-‘new wing’, until the new museum campus, under construction, is operational in 2020.
The Museum location is very very good, from the area you can see the Miri city view as well as sun set view is very very interesting.
