The tour itself was the perfect length and was also the ideal mix of cultural and historic. Both my Panshet Parikrama cycling trips (in 2015 and 2017) and both Konkan Cycling trips (also 2015 and 2017) were memorable. Both trips involved overnights (camping one night for Panshet, and homestays for 2 nights for the Konkan beach cycling trip) , and as you can imagine, a lot of preparation and planning went into making those trips comfortable and successful. I also did a monsoon hike - Andharban trail - in the Sahyadri's , them, and it involved a very wet and treacherous descent and many wild stream crossings. Again the organizers were well equipped, safety trained and very helpful to get our large group safely down to the bottom. He understands and explain to me patiently about the food.
