    Great Tour!

Harish is a very friendly and gentle guide, who takes you along very savory dishes, vegetable, fruit and flower stalls. Has knowledge about the products and the historie of the part of town. He interprets our questions to the locals. We also visit a temple with lots of explanation and invitation to Puja, offering of flowers, candle and fruit.
I defeinatly will use 5senseswalks.com when I'm back in Bangeluru and other parts of India.

This was probably the most special thing we’ve done in our three weeks in India. Archana, Rajesh, and the rest of their family were so welcoming, and the home-cooked food was spectacular. The night began with a tour of their rooftop garden, where Archana showed us all of the delicious-smelling plants and herbs she grows. Then she welcomed us into her kitchen and showed us how to make a wide range of traditional vegetarian dishes from the region, most of them using plants from the garden, and told us a lot of stories about her family and tales of the city along the way. The food was amazing and the company could not have been better. We were very grateful for the evening and can’t recommend it enough to anyone staying in Bengalore who wants to know more about its people, food, and history. We'll remember it forever!

Binu was lovely and talked me through how everything was made. Her English is perfect as she used to live in the UK. We cooked a chicken dish, ghee rice and some vegetable curries. I had a great time and her son also joined us for lunch and it was great to meet him too. If you are looking to pick up some “home cooking” tips I would definitely recommend booking with her.

Sam was wonderful to work with. Before the tour she followed up promptly and answered my questions. We left the order of the tour to Sam to decide and we started with the flower market after -being picked up on time. This was an amazing experience, both inside and outside the main building. Overall the tour was excellent and was at our pace. We did not feel rushed and thought we had made the right choice using this tour operator. The gift at the beginning of the tour was very thoughtful and will bring back fond memories as will having lunch at a wonderful restaurant. To us, the least enjoyed experience was the museum at the end although I did find it interesting, not so much my husband and the time at this location was just right. Again at our own pace.

This trip was customized for us by the tour company. Our guide and vehicle arrived promptly at 6:50 AM to pick us up from our hotel. She had a wonderful driver Anand navigating the traffic of Bengaluru & Mysuru and we proceeded to the Silk market. Next we were treated to a real Kannada breakfast at Karavali. We had a guided tour at Keshava temple and Tipu’s garden. Our yummy lunch stop was at an Organic place named Dhatu. We finished our trip in Mysuru by walking the halls of the palace & driving up Chamundi Hill. Words cannot express our gratitude to Theja our beautiful young guide. She is compassionate, enthusiastic, brilliant and most of all honest. There was no hidden agenda and we enjoyed the history and background information she had carefully researched for us. What an amazing experience it was. Thank you for accommodating our wishes and working with us . This tour company works with the customer and the locals to promote honest, ethical and enjoyable travel experience.

Knowing the history of Bengaluru and seeing its market has been very meaningful. Favorite part was the conversation with our guide, Ajith. He has been very amazing and it shows he loves what he's doing. A tip (especially to female guests) is to try the flower accesories on their hair 😂

The company actually customized a tour for us encompassing the KR Market Photo Walk, Medieval Bengaluru Walk, and the Namma Bangalore Walk.
My three guests and I very much enjoyed all aspects of the tour. Both Hemant and Rajesh were our guides. They have a wealth of knowledge about India and Bangalore. Everyone in our group found out interesting things about each area and the history of Bangalore. As a native English speaker, II had no difficulty understanding them. My guests were English second language speakers (with their native language being French). They were able to understand just about everything as well.
Because we were not familiar with the area, they met us at the metro exit when we arrived by metro, which was much appreciated.
Somehow, even with all four of us on the tour stopping to take pictures of subjects that caught each of our individual fancies, they did not lose us in the crowded marketplace.
They did a wonderful job of tying all the information together from one stop to the next.
Hopefully I will have the chance to use them again.

Our guide was knowledgeable, interesting and fun. We enjoyed the whole experience : riding on the Sub-way, walking round City Market, buying ingredients for lunch. Then it was time to take a tuk-tuk to the hosts' house, a building that is 120 years old. So whilst my husband discussed renovating old buildings with the host, I was in the kitchen with our hostess. Perfect! The banquet that was laid out before us was simply delicious. Everything was spiced to our liking, fresh and wholesome. Lovely people, excellent food, delightful day.

We had a fantastic time seeing the city with Tariq as our guide! Tariq is very knowledgeable about the city, history, and Hindu culture. He was patient with our two children and their many questions, and tailored things to keep them entertained. The "Bengaluru in a Nutshell" tour was a great introduction to the city, from the gardens to the temples and the markets. I would highly recommend Unventured, and look forward to going on more trips with them! Thanks again, Tariq and staff!

Our guide Satish took us on a phenomenal tour of Tipu Sultan and his legacy in Bangalore. We saw a magnificent fort and the summer palace of Tipu. Satish made the tour memorable by not only showing us grand monuments but also talking about Tipus economic and military reforms. We could visualize the impact he had in this part of the world. The arrangements were impeccable. The pick up was on time and driver was safe. Satish had arranged the local coffee for us and it was a awesome.
