I only took off 1 star because the waitress seemed inexperienced, unsure of herself.
I used to work at a cigar shop similar to this and knowledge was demanded. An essential. Knowledge of the cigars and the whiskys you have.
Perhaps she was new. But the owner (which was there) even had to swipe my credit card because she didnt know how.
She couldve sold me the most expensive Scotch with the expensive cigars if she knew about what they had on the shelve.

Opening just last August In MedellĂn Just shy of a year. It is a breath of fresh air to the town of Poblado here in MedellĂn Colombia .. The owner Andy, who is of Cuban descent, a Miami native who knows his Cigars and his beautiful wife Margarita Who is a Paisa from MedellĂn Have really set the tone here. From a fully stocked bar to a variety Of choices of top-tier Real Cuban cigars, as well as reasonably priced Nicaraguans . Their staff is fast and efficient very friendly ,speaks English. Their leather chairs are like sitting in butter. Excellent fast Wi-Fi . You really feel like you’re sitting in your living room and at home completely , without the wife or girlfriend yelling at you about the smoke in the house.. It’s an excellent Place to just come and relax and even make new friends. Awesome place to hang out with no Riff Raff/ Trouble - just a real overall good vibe experience. - Kevin Rivas1 contributionWhenever I travel to Medellin, I love to go to this place; their cigars are outstanding, and the quality is authentic. However, I don't think I will try to go to that place again, there is a lady that she is considering to be the "MANAGER" of the place that mistreats customers and is disrespectful, and she is even rude to her employees.
I was in Medellin a few weeks ago, and I asked the employees for some Tabacco Cubano that I wanted to buy to take it home. The gentleman and the young were very nice, but the "MANAGER" gave me a nasty look and a toe to head look. It turned out that day I came to la cava with workout clothes, and I was a little messy. She was looking at me all the time, and I think she thought I was a thief, and I even saw her making some weird comments about me. SHE IS SUCH, UNETHICAL, and RACIST PERSON. I didn't want to argue, I was tired and hungry, so I walked away.
The next day I went to la cava with my friends, and that day I made sure that I looked super nice. With a nice outfit, well, she did not recognize me, and she pretended to be nice to me. The manager, by the way, I think her name is YAMILE; SHE IS ALWAYS SO RUDE TO EVERYONE. I feel she is constantly destroying the atmosphere of such a beautiful place, and she does it all the time.

Prices are very fair and the vibe is lovely. I had the pleasure of getting a custom rolled cigar that was unbelievably good.
