Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Lots of ancient musical instruments. They have shows periodically that you need to reserve tickets for. There is one sword on the 2nd floor that you should head up to see first because a line forms really early though the day.

We went here on the Chinese Labour Day weekend. It was busy but manageable. The area has some nice gardens as well. The highlight is the tower and they have tower shaped fudgesicle ice cream which was a nice treat.

Cost to enter is 70 RMB and one to two hours is plenty of time here.

It was Spring Holiday so it was busy, but it is such a vast area that there is plenty of space to explore and escape the crowds. Beautiful grounds around the lake and a great day for families in particular. There are open touring buses if you want a trip without the walking. Some eateries, but probably best to take a picnic if you want to spend time there. Well worth a visit.

Amazing show, lots of stunts and acrobatics. The storyline was rather weak though. Staging is very well done too. We bought our tickets at the counter as we were unable to find it online. Show started at 7.30pm, duration of 90 minutes.
Don’t be deceived by the theatre, it looks closed however the ticketing booth is located at the side door at the corner. The main doors only open when admitting guests for the show.

Was there on 7 Aug 2016 in the early morning right when it was opened, man, this place is NOT your typical amusement park like that in Shenzhen nor Beijing. You can find old styled trains, and cars there, then there are some sort of a pirate ship rides available...but still be happy to see it.

The whole street, along with the buildings, was adapted for commercial use. Very interesting architecture. Lots of shops and restaurants.

We can call it amazing, awesome and impressive place in such a big city as Wuhan. The entrance is free, although it`s not allowed to enter with car or bike. But it`s a great opportunity to walk around East Lake, to discover such places as Monkey Mountain, Plum Hill, Crape Myrtle Garden, Taiyu Bridge, Double Ropeway and other scenic areas. The place is suitable as for individuals, as for couples and groups (no matter of size). Prepare your food and beverage, because on your way it could be difficult to find any snacks. If you really fan of nature, this is right match for you!

It is an important bridge of Wuhan. I think visiting at the afternoon or evening is better. You can have a great view there. You should cross the bridge on foot.

Never seen a chinese temple like this. Gothic style like a cathedral yet, all the statues are chinese. The place is not a tourist hot site, so it’s relatively quiet when I went.

Very good place to take a walk. The park is huge. You can ride a bicycle or walk. We visited the place in the winter so with the low temperature is not so good. During the spring/summer you can do some activities.

Nice place to wonder through with plenty of street food and restaurants close by. A semi hilly place with western style historic buildings with plenty of spots for photo moments. Can be very crowded during public holidays and weekends. I’ve found the side streets far more interesting with all the food stores. Would still recommend a visit.

This was a great temple to visit, with many old buildings and shady courts. Spectacular hall of golden statues, and another hall with interesting Taoist visions of Hell.
