We had a very lovely trip through the village with our guide Chout. He told us about the inhabitants of the village. A very special experience, that i would definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience cooking local Khmer food: mango salad, Amok curry, sweet potato with palm sugar and coconut, and vegetable tempura. A walk around the local market to see fresh produce before cooking. Our guide King Kong was fantastic, very knowledgeable about the local food and the experience cooking with the local people was great.

We did a wonderful 5 pm cooking class with Sopheap. She taught us to make fresh spring rolls, curry and amok and how to flambe bananas! Great experience and she was a patient and informative teacher. Great introduction to Cambodian food. Well worth the time.

Our tour guide, Sokchea, was very good! He spoke great English and shared interesting history. Our driver, Namchit, was also excellent! He provided cool, menthol towels and cold water when we finished the 2nd and 3rd temples. The tour was excellent! I highly recommend these guys and this tour!!

Had a great day, with the best driver Mr Dina. We booked via gecko tours, had an early start but was worth it for the sunrise, Dina also suggested the best place to watch from!! Skilful and safe driving from him aswell! Water and cold towels included which was definitely needed!
Would definitely recommend booking via this company!!

We took the morning tour that was a private tour with us, the driver and guide. Both driver and guide were really knowledgeable and very friendly. Visit to local market was amazing and we were able to see and find out about the real Cambodian way of life. The stilt village was brilliant and we met lots of the locals. From there we took a boat past all the fishermen to Tonle Sao lake where we had the opportunity to drive the boat to the floating restaurant. In all a fantastic day with lots of experiences and laughs that I would highly recommend.

Be prepared: this tour will be one of the most unforgettable experiences of your life. But in order for you to grasp the whole moment, get ready to make silence at the sunrise, even if some other people around don’t understand the importance of doing that, and to let your jaw drop and your eyes shine for the rest of the walk. We took the tour with Sav. He’s a very discreet, polite, and kind man. Although he knows a lot (I mean it), he also knows the right moment to tell you what you need to learn. The information he provides is always relevant. Last but not least, he’s an outstanding photographer and will take you to the best spots to take amazing pictures.
    Tips:
    a) Take insect repellent for the wee hours. b) Dress properly, but light. Wear sturd, but comfortable shoes, as the terrain is full of stones and you’ll be climbing many stone steps.
    c) A hat is in order.
    d) Water is provided by the tour.
    e) If you have glicemia issues, bring a snack for the first hours until breakfast.

It was the most beautiful experience.
Narong is the best, she taught us a lot in the market about their food and culture and she was patient and incredible at teaching us how to cook.
By the way is the best meal we had by far in Cambodia!!
This experience is definitely a must in Siem Reap!
