What travellers are saying
- The World is My OysterOrlando, FL19,375 contributionsThis small little mall was located directly next to our airbnb. We were able to get some local goods from there while we stayed in Kotor.Written 13 September 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.

- Traveller of the world1,116 contributionsI stopped here by chance as it was raining. Worth a browse if your into crafts and arts. Just a small number of shops but quality products.Written 6 February 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- pfefmeisterSan Francisco, CA2,482 contributionsNice farmer’s market just outside the walls - you can’t miss it. Though much of the produce is repeated, they are very generous with their samples! We loaded up on olives, apricots, and prosciutto! Welcome shopping from the crush of tourists inside the walls.Written 25 May 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- annagatoMinneapolis, MN36 contributionsFree gallery of a huge variety of art - this was a great unexpected find in Kotor! It's on the bay, just south of the city walls, and filled with interesting things. It's an abandoned shipping company that has been taken over by a community of artists who do residencies and put on galleries.
It doesn't look like much from the outside, but go up to the second floor. There is a huge range of styles and subjects of art from Montenegrin and Russian artists - everything from religious sculptures to political cartoons to displays made of salvaged materials to abstract paintings. The extremely nice woman in the gift shop gave us an interesting and detailed tour of all the art on display. She even took us up inside many of the artists' studios. It was a one-of-a-kind experience, and totally free!
The gift shop there is also great, with creative, handmade souvenirs that are a little more quirky than the ones everyone sells inside the city gates.Written 6 July 2017This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC. - Anna K3 contributionsI was looking forward to visiting this shop from when we booked to visit Kotor! It didn’t disappoint either. A fantastic little shop full of locally produced cat themed goods (I bought quite a few!). Konstantin was lovely, he made us feel very welcome there. Also a pleasure were the local cats that congregate outside and in. I will certainly return next time I am in Montenegro.Written 9 May 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- GirdiElk Grove, CA6 contributionsTom and his co workers were fantastic, not pushy to purchase their products but passionate about the items they carry. Offered up beverages, shipped our items without additional charges. Purchased a vase and candle display which are made there by a local artist. Looking forward to visiting Kotor and Tom in the future. This port was one of the stops on our Mosaic Mediterranean cruise.Written 31 October 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- Rosie D1 contributionA lovely little shop which is easily identified by the amount of street cats the roam both inside and around the area! I found some very unique items in here, including some earrings which are still some of my favourites to date! It is evident the owner Danijela genuinely cares for all the cats and does whatever she can to help them.
After returning and finding more about the cat situation in Kotor through following Kotor Kitties on Facebook, I found out she is one of the only business owners that goes out of her way to help all the strays in Kotor.
If I was to return to Kotor I'd definitely make the effort to support Kotor's cats again so Danijela can continue to do what she can to help all the stray cats around.Written 25 October 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC. - Mike HPhoenix, AZ1,907 contributionsAfter the Maritime Museum we did a little wandering and found this shop. Lots of item in there and they were reasonably priced.Written 27 November 2018This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
