Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Pitja Fountain is located near Prokurative Square in the surroundings of the old town of Split, a city in Dalmatian Coast. It is a very curious fountain, where yo can walk down it. Very nice. If you walk in the area, I recommend you go there.

A nice fountain at the eastern end of Riva Promenade and the south of Prokurative public square. It has a circular basin, with water spraying from the edges towards the centre. It’s an innocuous looking fountain by day, but by night it is lit up by changing multi-colour lights. Not amazing, but worth a look if you’re near Prokurative at night.

This creatively designed fountain imitates Roman aqueducts. The source of the fountain is water poured from a bronze sculpture of a jug. The water then runs along a low wall via water channels before falling down a rectangular frame to create a wall of cascading water. The fountain is located in Strossmayer Park, just past the Monument to Gregory of Nun.
