Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

- Bindi BHobart, Australia159 contributionsVery friendly staff. Got maps, lots of information on where to go etc. Wendy and Nadine were very helpful. It’s right beside the fuel station, Bakery & supermarket across the road.Written 14 June 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Bindi BHobart, Australia159 contributionsNice walk through the trees and lots of crabs. Wear good shoes. Has a board as you climb to the waterfall. That was just a dribble. BRING INSECT REPELLENT! Loads of mosquito 🦟Written 14 June 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Bindi BHobart, Australia159 contributionsAbsolutely beautiful spot to sit in the water and relax. Make sure you wear reef shoes if you have soft feet like me. Also leave your gear back up near your car as there some big random waves that come in and can wash your gear away.Written 14 June 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Bindi BHobart, Australia159 contributionsAbsolutely amazing place to see. The noise of the water coming through the holes and the power of the waves is incredible. The colour of the ocean is incredible to see. The board walk is brilliant with a lovely spot to sit and relax. Lots of birds around as well.Written 14 June 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Explore619674696284 contributionsNathan was very accommodating in taking my husband out first (and earliest) for some fishing. Hubby caught a wahoo! Then at a more reasonable time they came back and I met them at the pier for a lovely sightseeing morning along the island coastline.
Nathan was easy to listen to with his explanations and local knowledge.
Stopped off for some snorkelling and cave viewing before the final destination of swimming with the GT's.
Wonderful experience and I highly recommend.Written 10 July 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
