Great spot for snorkelling, swimming, kayaking etc. hardly any waves so perfect for floating. - Paul SNew Zealand112 contributionsWe went first thing in the morning while it was relatively cool. The caged birds were active although the bush birds were already quiet so didn't see much in the canopy. The whole place is beautifully set out, tidy and well maintained. If our kids were younger I am sure they would have loved the experience (we didn't take them they are 30 somethings)!Written 12 April 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. The island was beautiful with a quaint village that was very welcoming. We swam off the shore in water that was so warm and refreshing. The locals we so friendly with many smiling happy people. Though we were from a cruise ship and there were hawkers selling their wares, the island has managed to maintained it's charm.Written 4 December 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Susan AbbottSan Diego, CA22 contributionsThis is a National park. It is a beautiful hike through beautiful scenery. The hike is moderate. This park contains the largest sand dunes in the south Pacific. The dunes get very hot and you need to wear a tennis shoe for the whole hike. When you cross the dunes you will come upon the ocean with large waves. From the sea you will go back into the jungle filled with fruit bats, skinks and mongoose among other jungle friends. Best to go when the park opens at 8 am to avoid the noon day sun and high humidity. A must see.Written 10 December 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.

- katia oKelowna, Canada26 contributionsWe really enjoyed this tour. I had read a few mixed reviews and I am surprised that some people were unhappy. The boat ride was fun. 90 mins, lots of shade, great music entertainment, funny staff. The island was absolutely gorgeous. Aqua waters, white sand, good snorkelling. Lunch was tasty and there was plenty and a good variety. They also have lots of shade, proper bathrooms and several ways to entertain yourself. The only thing that I would recommend is a bar with real fruit juices. The staff were really friendly and made the trip extra fun.Written 12 January 2025This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Kelsey G1 contributionColo-I-Suva is a beautiful place. My husband and I went right at opening in hopes of seeing some of the many birds within the rainforest. We had to wait for the forest rangers to check that the park was safe since there had been a lot of rain the days before. If you are traveling off season be sure to check the weather as the area is prone to flooding. We got lucky and the park was open.
We walked down the 100 meter road leading to the pools; this was great because we got to hear a lot of bird song and saw some of rare birds we came to see. This is a hot walk so if you’re there for the pools just get a ride to the bottom. We had an afternoon appointment so we only had a couple hours to explore- we basically got down to the upper pool for a quick selfie and had to head back. Another bonus to off season - we had the place to ourselves!Written 26 March 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
