Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

I enjoyed the trip very much! I was part of Heber forever team and the whole group had a great time together. The food was also delicious (breakfast and lunch)! The lake is stunning and I had enough time to arrive there and also take a lot of photos on the way.

I really recommend this Trip! It was one of our highlights until now. The flora and fauna is insane. Our guides ciro and herman were very knowledgeable, always watched out for animals/plants, very friendly and comfortable to be with. We saw so many different animals, we were very lucky! :)

The day was well organized and efficient. Lots of communication and information prior to the day of. Our guide Erica was knowledgeable and very helpful. I lost my wallet at the mountain and she went back the next day and retrieved it from the local community. Mega expeditions, Nixon, then arranged to send it to my hotel in Lima. Great service, thank you Nixon! Amazing views, even if it was a cloudy day, totally worth it!

I recently went on Humantay lake Trek with Magical Cusco Travel Agency and it was an amazing experience. The views of the lake were absolutely stunning and the hike itself was both challenging and rewarding. Our guides were fantastic, providing great support and insights throughout the trek. Definitely a highlight of my Peru trrip.

Cannot recommend this tour and the company more!!! My partner and I loved every second of it!! The whole experience felt personal and organised every step of the way. This tour is also deeper into the Jungle than others in Manu National Park, so makes it even better and you can see more animals! You will also be sleeping in the beautiful treehouses where we saw monkeys in the trees from our bed which is unforgettable.

Vidal and Daisy were amazing! Vidal took us on the walks in the jungle and was able to spot animals dense jungle from just hearing sounds. We saw so many different types of monkeys, birds, spiders, insects and even saw caiman and an Amazonian Guinea pig in just a couple days! We also heard about medicinal plants and different ways to survive in the jungle (though we were never lost!). We also loved the tubing and would recommend to everyone! Vidal was also super kind and fun to spend time with which made the whole experience better.

Daisy and her sister also made some of the best food we have had in Peru so far! I am a celiac and they were able to cater to my dietaries too which is amazing considering we were in the middle of the Jungle.

Wow!! This was SUCH an amazing experience! It was truly beautiful from start to finish to see the amazing care of these animals and learn about their history and their rescue stories with Albert. He cares deeply about all of the animals and the experience was so amazing and immersive. We cannot recommend this enough to anyone visiting Cusco! Our personal favorite part was the spectaculars bears and feeding the monkeys but really every second was perfect.

Our 3D2N trip to Manu Culture Park was one of the highlights of our time in Peru. Our guide was José Merida, who is a great guy. A biologist by profession, he was able to answer a ton of our questions and you could tell he knew this area of the jungle intimately.

The food was also some of the best we ate in Peru. Hats off to Barbie and Frida - excellent cooks!

The accommodation was basic, but clean and comfortable. Perfect for the time we spent at the lodges.

Also, something I will remember for the rest of my life is relaxing and reading my book while chilling with a tapir 😁

The only negative thing I can say is I wish we'd stayed longer. We really want to do the extended tour next time.

Excellent trip. The information provided before the trip was very useful and should be followed. Wally was always available for any question before, during and even after. Very helpful during the hike. Personally I would definitely come back and hike with him. The breakfast and lunch were very good and was including Peruvian specialities.
