Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

- Ljkronl2 contributionsI just finished volunteering with Sonco Wasi in Cusco, Peru, for 10 days and enjoyed every second of it. The two projects they have operating, one supporting disadvantaged youth in the Sacred Valley and the other assisting youth with special needs in Cusco, are both fulfilling and fun! The organizers did a great job setting up our residence and getting us acquainted with the city. The most rewarding part of the experience was impacting the kids' lives in a positive way. Thank you Sonco Wasi!!Written 25 January 2015This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Jennifer C2 contributionsCoco was the most knowledgeable and kindest guide. He took me and my partner to Pitumarca and took us sport climbing. It’s very clear that Coco cares about the village and ensuring the growing climbing community in the area works cohesively together. Pitumarca itself is an incredible climbing area with beautiful views, varied routes, and fantastic limestone. He and the climbing was the highlight of our trip!Written 18 June 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- TheHobsterCuscoBristol, UK5 contributionsA great place to have fun with the whole family! Even if you can't skate you can be pushed around the rink on the plastic seal!Written 9 August 2016This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
