This trip was entirely worth the early morning start. We were lucky to be able to see Rainbow Mountain and Red Valley so clearly being rain season. Our guide Wally was helpful, kind and accommodating. He quickly assisted a few of the other travellers who weren’t feeling well due to the altitude. He gave us helpful hints and took our photo at the top. Our driver Milton also deserves a shout-out for his spectacular driving skills. Not only did he prevent us from sliding off the side of a muddy cliff edge, he reacted quickly when a driver in front of us nearly caused an accident.

I would absolutely recommend going on the tour with Wally and Milton!!

    Some advice before you go:
    1) The roads are winding and rough so if you’re prone to motion sickness takes meds in advance.
    2) the weather is unpredictable. For us it was cold but clear on the way up and rainy on the trek down. It’s not suitable for young kids as, like a lot of adults, the altitude is very tough. I’m relatively fit and found it challenging. The sprinter can also can’t accommodate a car seat or booster seat, so keep that in mind.
    3) acclimatize to the altitude in Cusco for at least 2 days.
    4) you’re in a sprinter can for 3 hrs up and 3 hrs down. Please be scent-free and considerate of other in the van

Walle is an amazing guide. We were told to meet at the pickup point at 4:30 and were picked up 4:35 so the timing was good. Bus was very comfortable and even gave us blankets. Breakfast was incredible, lunch was okay. The entire tour was an unforgettable experience but I wouldn’t recommend doing it until your body adjusts to the altitude if you are a beginner. We did take the horses up to the lake which helped a lot. I wouldn’t recommend doing recommend this tour to EVERYONE visiting Cusco especially with walle!

Long but very full day out in the sacred valley. We visited four archeological sites, the salt mines and learnt about spinning / weaving alpaca wool.
Christian is a great guide, allowing us plenty of time at each stop and providing loads of local knowledge. Recommended, but expect to be tired at the end.

We really enjoyed this tour- a wonderful way to get to know Cusco and see some surrounding Incan ruins. Our guide Franklin was fabulous- very informative and friendly and a great photographer.

This trip was truly phenomenal. Jordi from "Fly Cusco Peru" did a great job. He hired the best guides. The trip ran like clockwork. I was picked up at my hotel in Cusco; driven all through the Sacred Valley on a guided tour; and then dropped at a train station in the valley (Ollantaytambo) just on time for a train to Aguas Calientes where i was greeted by another guide who walked me to my hotel. The next day i was once again picked up at my hotel and the process began again up to Machu Picchu and home to Cusco - one guide handing me off to the next. The guides were outstanding. In the Sacred Valley I had Carlos or "KIng Carlos" as i called him. He knew everyone everywhere we went - from security guards to street cleaners to the people selling trinkets. He greeted everyone with a hug and a smile and introduced me to all his friends. I didn't realize I had a private guide / private tour when i signed up! There were no other tourists with us. Carlos had great knowledge of the Inca history and gave thorough insights everywhere we went. Very informative. The next day i went to Machu Picchu with Juan "Jerry" Ernesto. He was also a wonderful guide. When i signed up for the tour with Trip Advisor / Fly Cusco the only options were for Circuit 1 or 3 to Machu Picchu. I had read online that Circuit 2 is the best. I could only blame myself though because i planned my whole trip to Peru a week in advance. Anyway, when i got to Aguas Calientes i went to the national tourism office and i was happily surprised when they had last-minute Circuit 2 tickets available. I already had a ticket for Circuit 1 the next day at 7:00 am so i bought a second ticket to Circuit 2 also for 7:00 am. When i met Jerry in the morning he was very happy and congratulatory re my move to buy the second ticket. He assured me Circuit 2 was far better (which it was) and he then had the great idea that he would take me on BOTH Circuits. So we started on Circuit 1 and went straight to the high lookout. We then came back down to the security checkpoint and showed them my ticket for Circuit 2. Circuit 2 was phenomenal and i lucked out with clear whether for February! Jerry took lots of photos with me and shared fascinating insights about Inca history. Half way through Circuit 2 there is an option to veer into Circuit 3. We took it. I ended up doing all 3 circuits in one day over the span of 3 hours. We walked, laughed and talked from 7:00 am until 10:30 am. Fly Cusco (the operator) was smart to have me scheduled for a 12:30 train that same day. I didn't feel that i needed to linger longer in AC and was happy to get back to Cusco by 4:30. Machu Picchu was outstanding and I can't hank Jordi, Jerry and King Carlos enough. It was hands down one of the best tours of my life! Thank you all! .... as an aside, i would recommend bringing a minimum of 100 Sols to tip each guide. These people are giving you one on one attention for 4 hours. Tipping less than that just wouldn't feel right and these guys deserve it. I would highly recommend this outstanding tour!!!

I had an amazing experience on the Camino Inca Corto to Machu Picchu! The 2-day, 1-night trek was perfectly organized, offering a mix of breathtaking landscapes, rich history, and a real sense of adventure. The guides were knowledgeable and friendly, making the journey even more enjoyable. Reaching Machu Picchu after this incredible hike was truly magical. Highly recommend this experience for anyone looking to explore the beauty and culture of Peru!

I had a great time. This is a very well organized tour. First, a representative, Lilas, met me in my hotel’s lobby. She made sure I had all the tickets I needed and carefully explained every steps I would go through during the day. She came with me to the bus station and made sure I got on the right bus. The bus is decent. It’s comfortable and I believe there is wifi, although I didn’t use it. There are also usb outlets to charge your phone. We were on the bus for a little bit more then 2 hours with a quick stop to use restrooms. There are very nice views in the second part of the drive. At the Ollantaytambo train station, the staff was very helpful in making sure we all got on the right train. The train ride was very comfortable with good entertainment, free snacks and great views. At the Aguas Calientes station, someone was waiting for me with a board with my name on it. She introduced me to my guide. I didn’t expect to have a private guide! Rudier was very helpful and knowledgeable. He gave me a lot of information about Machu Picchu and the Incas, help me take pictures and also made sure I had everything I needed. After the tour of Machu Picchu, I still had a bit of time before taking train back, so I had dinner in a small restaurant in Aguas Calientes and walked around the town and the big market just outside the train station. Then, it was time to get back to Cusco the same way I came in, train, then bus. At the bus station someone was once again waiting for me with my name on a board. They brought me back to my hotel. Overall, it was a perfect day. I felt completely safe. And the views!! Wow!! Magical!!

Marco was an excellent guide and we enjoyed every minute of our tour. Very informative, we highly recommend a private tour to get the most out of your experience. We were a group of 3 couples.

Grade A tour guide! He took his time explaining everything thoroughly and we seem what usually takes two (2) days, in one (1) day. I will definitely recommend this tour to anyone coming for the first time, or for their second or third time! Had an amazing experience! Thank you!

Randy, our bar crawl guide was funny, energetic and had the best places in the itinerary to see the night life of Cusco. The group with us was also amazing and consisted of some locals. It was a lot of fun! Made some new friends too! Best way to experience the city and meet a few locals! The entry to all the places we went to was super easy and all within walking distance. Great vibes altogether!
