    Book this tour NOW ;) This was a wonderful experience and It could have been perfect with one change. Keep in mind this tour is all day. Your tour guide will meet you the day before to explain all, give tickets etc. Don’t try to plan anything else on this same day. You will work with a couple different people during this experience. I had no problems communicating with anyone I can into contact with because I speak Spanish. I did notice some others having a little bit of trouble. There was one point were some of the guides seemed a little bit confused on which group to take. You go from taxi to train to bus to Machu Picchu so travel light. Bring a rain jacket even if you think it won’t rain because it will I promise you. There the tour guide Daniels knowledge and kindness was wonderful. You have time to take photos and all. One you leave the train from Ollanyantamo you take another small bus if you are staying in Cusco , then you find your own transportation back to your hotel . This tour was wonderful . Don’t forget face Sheild and two masks is required on train and bus. Enjoy and book.

    Great two day experience of Machu Picchu and the Sacred Valley!
    The whole trip was excellent. The first day our guide, Gary, did a fantastic job of explaining to us all of the highlights of the sacred valley. Ollantaytambo was my favorite. The second day Ulysses also did a great job of touring us through Machu Picchu. Both of our guides were incredibly friendly and engaging. The whole trip was very well organized and easy we were able to enjoy without any stress. I highly recommend!

    Review of: Classic Inca Trail to Machu Picchu 4D
    Fantastic four days on the Inca Trail
    We had a fantastic time hiking the Inca Trail with Trexperience - genuinely cannot fault the tour, the food (which was incredible, some of the best we had in peru and great for vegetarians) and our knowledgeable and lovely tour guides, Vianna and Johan. The organisation of the trip was 10/10 and we felt so lucky to experience it with such a great tour group. If you're looking for an ethical tour company that treats its staff (including porters and chefs) well, then look no further and book with Trexperience! I was moved to hear the stories of each member of staff and it was great to be introduced to them all on day 3 of the hike.

    The only thing which i think could be improved is the clarity around how much to tip before attending - the recommended tip overall worked out around £150 per person which we hadn't understood and therefore hadn't brought with us beforehand, so we then went to a cash point. Of course its entirely discretionary whether and how much to tip, however more clarity before the trek would have been really appreciated so we didn't turn up shortchanged.

    Review of: Day Trip Tour to Machu Picchu from Cusco
    Great Experience
    As a solo traveler, I highly recommend this tour. The tour company made sure to pick myself and other solo travelers up at our hotels in the morning and they also dropped us off at night. The tour company ensured that the full day was perfectly scheduled.

    Once the tour company picked me up, I was grouped together with other solo, English speaking travelers.

    Wilbur, our English speaking tour guide at the Machu Picchu site, was very knowledgeable and answered all questions we had during our guided tour of the site. Wilbur was waiting for us as we exited the train and he assisted us with our bus tickets up to the entrance, as well as with our entrance tickets. Wilbur offered to take our photos in all of the classic locations on the site. I highly recommend this tour and Wilbur as a tour guide.

    Review of: 4-Day Trek to Machu Picchu Through the Inca Trail
    Amazing experience on Inka Trail to Machu Picchu
    Our guide Percy was amazing and took good care of us on this not so easy hike (especially day 2). However the effort is totally worth it when reaching the jungle on day 3 and Machu Picchu on day 4. Also the porters and the team work very hard to make the Inka Trail a seamless experience.

    AWESOME
    This was the funnest tour I’ve taken!!! Our guide Edgar was amazing, he made sure everyone felt comfortable, stopped at the best picture sites and he took the bear pictures! Like a professional photographer! He explained everything as we stopped at all the sites. Make sure if you book, Edgar is your guide !!

    Must see during your visit in Peru
    Although the main mountain was closed, our tour guide - Roxie offered us an alternative and it was still amazing experience! The hike was approximately 50 min, we were also provided breakfast and lunch. Great quality for money!

    A must do
    The trip was great. Exciting, informative and a nice difficulty for an adventure. For seeing something so big, this was an amazing way to do it.

    We had Walter as our guide for the 4 days. He was amazing, communicative, funny and involved. He was full of knowledge and was able to answer all questions with ease. His English and Spanish was great - he really made this an amazing trip

    Review of: Machu Picchu by Train in 1 Day
    Awesome day trip
    It was insane! Already the train ride through the jungle along the Urubamba was amazing. In Aguas Calientes you get picked up by your guide who is managing the bus shuttle for you and guides you through Machu Picchu. Afterwards he brings you back to Aguas Calientes, where you have time for a quick lunch before taking the train back to Ollantaytambo. The shuttle from your hotel to Ollantaytambo and back was included and comfortable as well.
    Machu Picchu was one of my best experiences I ever had. Thanks to the team of Machu Picchu Best!

    Review of: 2-Day Tour: Sacred Valley and Machu Picchu from Cusco
    Great Trip to Machu Picchu!
    We really enjoyed our cozy tour that was hosted by Juan-Carlos. He was incredibly passionate and informative when it came to Incan history making our site visits much more meaningful. I recommend the sacred valley tour as you get some great shots of the Andes and learn much about the Incas prior to visiting the main event. I'm glad they dragged us out of bed early as getting to Machu Picchu first thing in the morning to reduce the crowds makes for a much more enjoyable experience than going later.

    The trip and transportation was very well organized and we felt like we were in good hands from start to finish. Had to grab cash the day of the tour to pay the remaining deposit, so I'd recommend having USD ready to pay or reach out a week or so prior to your tour operator to see if you can pay by credit card.

    Review of: Machu Picchu By Train (2 Days)
    Great trip with great guide
    We had a personal driver who took us from the hotel to Ollantaytambo train station. It takes around 2 hours. From there we board the train to agua calientes. There someone from the hotel waited for us and brought us to the hotel room.
    Next day the guide was punctual in picking us up. We took the bus to Machu Picchu and then we did a 2,5 hours walk. The tour and guide were amazing.

    Review of: Short Inca Trail to Machu Picchu 2D/1N
    Amazing Experience!
    I had an absolutely amazing time on this tour. While I was excited to see Machu Pichu, I am even more excited to have made a new friend. Rodrigo was an amazing tour guide; very knowledgeable, friendly, funny and a great person. If you have the opportunity, request him to be your guide because you will not find anyone better. Our master chef was an amazing cook. He accommodated all of the allergies and intolerances and prepared the best, most memorable dishes I had while visiting Peru. Walter was our assistant and was very helpful in preparing all of our accommodations, camp site, carrying our bags, etc. due to protests, the train ride out of machu pichu was closed. Our bus driver Persi was a great driver and got us to our accommodation very timely despite the circumstances. Overall, our experience in visiting the Inca trail and machu pichu was amazing and highly recommend it.

    Review of: 2-Day Inca Trail To Machu Picchu
    Amazing experience
    We did the Inca Trail to Machu Picchu 2D/1N, and we only have good words about this company, and especially about Ruben, our tour guide. They picked us up at our hotel early in the morning and we just needed to follow their instructions. Ruben explained to us everything about all the parts of the Inca Trail, and he also provided detailed information about the Machu Picchu monument and its history. Highly recommended.
