Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

This was such a beautiful tour and we got to see the best of the best and really learn and immerse in the traditional culture of the townspeople and the Inca's. Miguel was very knowledgeable and he was so accommodating and positive when the weather was cloudy and rainy, I think he might've been the reason the sun came out and it cleared up when we got to Machu Picchu because of his positive and wonderful spirit. He was also a great photographer lol. 1000/10 recommend!!!

I can’t even put into the perfect words to describe this amazing tour and experience! I was so nervous doing this on my own, but once it got going and I was joined by another great couple and helpful guide Jose, I knew I would be okay! The journey was so long I will be honest. But once you get to Machu Picchu and you see the views and hear the history, you will know that it was worth it! I highly recommend this beautiful day trip as it will be one that you’ll never forget!

Our family day excursion to Machu Picchu made the trip to Peru worth it alone. Our connections, from hotel pick up, to bus, to train, then bus and back again all went smoothly, with excellent tour operator assistance along the way. The scenic journey was interesting and entertaining (thanks to Peru Rail, Vistadome) throughout and Machu Picchu itself was breathtaking. We got lucky with good weather and relatively small number of people at the site, mid February.

Roy was awesome! He gave us so much information, made sure we had time to take pictures and look at the view and definitely made the whole thing worth it. It’s definitely a very long day of travel with about 4 total hours on a bus and 4 total hours on a train if your coming from and going back to Cusco, so just be prepared, bring a lot of water, snacks and things to do on the ride!

This is an amazing tour! Vidal was our tour guide, and he was the best tour guide we could’ve had. He was very knowledgeable. He accommodated the tour to our schedule and even dropped us off at the train station so we could make our reservation. He let us sleep when we moved around and made sure not to disturb us! The sites itself were amazing to see, and he told us so much about each spot! Highly recommend!!

We took 2 days tour and that was incredible. Our guide on the first day was Victor, very energetic and giving interesting information about Moray, Maras and Ollantaytambo, they sounded like fairy tales. Our first stop was the Chinchero Weaving Center and it was amazing and extremely interesting. And the girls were beautiful, cheerful and very kind. I was not feeling well and they prepared a special tea for me, which helped me a lot. Also, our guide helped us buy some medicines, thanks to him. Our guide on the second day was Aleks, very kind and charming. When he told about Machu Picchu, one could feel that he cared about the history of this place and the history of ancient civilization in general. I think if we decide to hike the Inca Trail, we will turn to him. A special thanks to our driver Martin. He is a master of his craft and got us there safe and sound.

Thank you, Fly Cusco! You were at the end of our Peru trip and left us with warm and emotional memories.

The tour was well organized and very informative, the guide spoke both Spanish and English. The different stations offered many opportunities to gain an insight into the culture of the Incas.

Absoutely wonderful tour from start to the end. Communications prior to tour commencement was very clear. Hotel pickup was punctual. Itinerary was great. Oscar had great in-depth knowlege of the history, geography and people of the Sacred Valley region. His narrative made the tour most interesting and enjoyable. He was very attentive to our needs and knew what we were most interested in. My wife and I had a wonderful time. We highly recommend this tour to anyone.

This was an experience that I will remember forever! Pepe & Rosmel were incredible at taking care of us on the trail and never made us feel guilty for walking slow. The information they gave about the history of the Incas was so fascinating and informative. Jesus and his porters were so encouraging on the trail and I loved every time they brought us warm water and tea. Rolando and his staff did an incredible job making us three course meals on the trail. They accommodated for vegans and vegetarians and the food was incredible! A friend went a week earlier with Pepe too and highly recommended this trip to me. She’s celiac and they made great accommodations for her dietary requirements as well. Thank you so much Pepe and Rosmel for an amazing trip!

The tour starts suuuuuper early. But it is absolutely worth it. The tour begins with a 2 hours ride to the restaurant, where you get a very delicious breakfast and can enjoy a beautiful view. After the breakfast it’s another 50 minutes ride to the starting point of the Hike. The hike is around 4 km to the Humantay Lake. I recommend good shoes 🥾. The last part of the hike is a bit challenging because it's going uphill. There is also the option to rent horses. After you have reached the Lake, the exhausting uphill walk is completely forgotten, I promise. It was an amazing experience. Thanks to the Guide and the driver 🙌🏻

This trip was truly a once in a lifetime experience! The views were so gorgeous and it was so great to experience Peru in this way. Our group was guided by Franz and Willy and they were the best! Both of them were very knowledgeable and good guides. They were helpful when members of the group got altitude suckness as well. I wouldn’t want to do the hike with anyone else as the guide. I’m so grateful for them and how they elevated our experience on the trail. 10/10!
