Jaime well represents his country of Chile with professional, detailed information, good humor and good English if needed. The tour was fun, interesting and exciting! Jaime is a careful driver, set up a delicious picnic and tended to any request. He picked us up promptly and delivered us safely back to the hotel. It was great to spend our last day in Santiago with Jaime!

Amazing time with Paulo! He is super kind. Best part was the hot springs. It renews your body. Also, the perk is that he takes professional photos of you with his camera the whole time and when you’re in the hot springs and he sends them to you right away. Best photos of our vacation! Highly recommend :)

Outstanding trip. Had a great day hiking just outside Santiago. The pace was just right and Javier was happy to adjust if needed. There were some incredible views from the top of Alto El Naranjo. Highly recommended.

This tour is a great way to gain an understanding of the history and culture of Santiago and Chile. Our guide, Esteban, is engaging, knowledgeable and passionate about his city and country. The tour is more than a visit of historical sites. Esteban weaves the historical facts into a story of daily life in Santiago and Chile from the early settlements to today. You'll come away with a sense of what it was like to be a Chilean during those historical time periods and in Santiago today.
Definitely worth taking the time to do this tour.

This is truly an immersive experience into the Chilean culture. We thought we were only going to be learning about wine and tasting them, when in fact we had an all day insight into Chile and their culture/history. Our tour guide Boris was amazing - he was so knowledgeable of the history and area of Chile that we were exploring, it was a one one one experience that we were able to explore and interact all day and understand anything and everything we wanted to know about Chile.

THE WINES IN THIS VALLEY --- spectacular. We were floored, we had private tours at two very prestigious wineries and then were taken to an amazing boutique restaurant at a third winery for more cultural immersion and phenomenal food. We could not have asked for a better experience and highly recommend that you request Boris as your guide.

    Thank you Servitour!

Excelent communication with the travel office and excelent guide that had to make changes during the tour because of unexpected weather conditions. Because of that the difficult weather conditions made the trip even more memorable. This mointain area and nature spectaculair.

This tour was our way to avoid the protests in Santiago. The coast was beautiful and the home of Pablo Neruda at Isla Negra a delightful little museum with guided narration in your language of choice. Pomaire is nothing to write home about, and the lunch was mediocre. Overall, I cannot say I found any good local crafts to purchase. Skip it if you want to.

My friend and I wanted to experience some Chilean wines. And Patricia knows how to show you a good time. Prompt pick up with easy instructions. Delightful conversation driving to the wineries. Two very unique experiences sandwiched between a leisurely lunch with a spectacular view.

Only disappointment was that none of the wineries ship back to Australia! Will have to remember the experience.

Had the best time in Santiago and Valparaiso, 2 days of great tours. Javiera was an amazing guide and made the best suggestions customizing our tours.
