    While the MRT is clean and one-time, the one complain I have seen is that young people on train do not give up their seats when seniors get on. They either pretend to be sleeping or look at their phones and ignore the surroundings. Singaporeans can do better to respect elders!

    Transportation in SG is very efficient and good only the drivers spoit it popularity for their poor knowledge and experience. Some are very safe and some are poor driving.

    I booked a bus ride from Kuala Lampur to Singapore on 27/1/19 the bus to leave at 8:15 am from the TBS. When I arrived at the Station I was informed that that bus was cancelled, but that there was another QisTna bus leaving at 10:15 am. This was not an option as I was scheduled to be in Singapore before this bus would arrive. So I took a 7:30am bus operated by another company. When I arrived at the Beach Street Golden Mile stop at 2:00 pm I went to your agent that sold me may ticket and requested a refund for $50 that I had paid for my wife and my tickets. I was told they did not give refunds at that location and should call 012-715144. I asked your representative borrow a phone to make the or would she please call. I was told no and that I should call when I got to my hotel. I had the hotel clerk help me with the as I had trouble communicating with the person that answered the phone. Pryia, stated that I had to apply for a refund at your Beach Street offices. I told her I was there and your representative told me I could not apply for a refund at that location. She said I should come back and ask for her. As that would entail taking a taxi ride back to the Golden Mile than back to my hotel, with little hope of getting a refund and costing almost as much. Although I have little hope of getting a refund, I only hope is that my negative review may save others.
