Very good equipment, clean and modern facility. It was really easy to organize everything. Very friendly and helpful staffs. Wonderful experience. Going in was a breeze and staff were very professional in handling safety measures such as taking temperatures and sanitizing the kids hands. We had so much fun around the large space, especially love the miniature road with rides! The slides and ball pit area were awesome as well. Had an eight year old with us and he enjoyed it immensely. Darsh was patient, friendly and efficient. The place is a bit hidden but easy enough to find. What can I say from the amazing service by Aquil and Ain at the ticket counter to the wonderful attention to detail from Burn and Bill on the swing, nothing but top notch from start to end. There was 4 of us ranging in ages from 14 to 47yo.. and everyone had a blast. We played the Cook Game and Zombie Game, required so much team-work effort but sooooo funnn. - FarAway312827912081 contributionWe went playing and collected some bonus card, when we went to redeem the cards the woman made a mistake on the amount when we told her nicely she was being rude to me and my mom shouting to her other coworker. As i didt want to further argue with her i just took photo of what the machine state and show her. After she know she was wrong not even an apology just ya!ya! Give me the card. This is not the first time the same staff has shouted at me when i wanted to top up my card asking me have i queue when i came from the queue. I downloaded the ichangi app and everything. But couldn't find a customer service desk nearby to claim our tickets. When we finally got to the slide we realised our children couldn't ride on it anyway as they were too small. Ot has a 1.3m height restriction. Was a real shame especially since we were all tired and we made that extra effort to go to this attraction. We ended up going on the smaller slide a few times and then to the Jewel which made clearing customs worth it. - Grover RPensacola, FL22,408 contributionsIf you miss your cats while you are visiting, there is a place near Hadji Lane that allows you to get your cat fix. I would not have probably done this without my wife but she did find this on Tripadvisor and absolutely felt the need to visit. You pay by the hour and get a drink while there. We stayed about 20 minutes. Anyways there were like 7 cats there, most were sleeping when we stopped. However, we did have fun visiting with cats. Oreo is by far the most personable and the fan favorite.
