AWESOME , GREAT WELCOME TO SINGAPORE !!! This was a highlight of our stay in Singapore, our Guide Meng was Charming a great communicator and very knowledgeable on Social, Histories , Architectures .. everything and very proud of his City .
We really enjoyed our walking tour with Joanne. She really customized the food experiences to our preferences. One of the highlights we were expecting was how much she taught us about Singapore history- and came prepared with pictures. We saw Chinatown where we had a traditional Chinese tea, Lau Pa Sat Food Centre where we tried traditional dishes and Kampong Gelam where they were celebrating Ramadan. The only thing I would warn is that we walked 10,000 steps on this tour. We liked seeing so much, but you definitely have to be fit enough to walk long distances. Joanne was wonderful. I highly recommend having her as your tour guide.
Sam was an excellent guide. He shared interesting stories about the history and food in China Town. The food was delicious and plentiful. Be aware to not over indulge early because you will be too full to taste in the last few stops.
This tour was a blast and our guide was so lovely and knowledgeable. We had SO many delicious and interesting foods to try, and a lot of it. The other people on the tour were super fun and interesting as well. This tour is a must while in Singapore. Have fun!
Hello Singapore was a fantastic food tour! I am traveling as a solo female traveler and this was a perfect option. The food was fantastic and our tour guide Pam was wonderful - funny, personable, and helpful! Would absolutely recommend this tour.
Delicious and authentic Singaporean street food at Chinatown Complex Food Centre! The char kway teow stalls stole the show - perfectly balanced flavors, crispy wok-fried noodles, and generous portions. Affordable, bustling atmosphere, and fantastic value. A must-visit for foodies in Singapore! Rating: 4/5 stars

What a lovely few hours with Monica who made us feel welcome, safe and educated, we went to places and sampled food we never would have tried or found without Monica it was fantastic, she even took us to the Buddha temple and helped us understand Buddhism and the wonderful teachings of the religion highly recommend
Gerry was a fantastic guide. From the coordination of morning pick up at my hotel to the various locations we visited in the city - it was an excellent experience.
We were able to try a variety of foods at each location and everything was fabulous. There was plenty of food and beverages.
Gerry also provided a wonderful overview of each of the areas and the history of Singapore; it was much more than I expected from a food tour.
I would highly recommend Gerry and this tour. I couldn’t have had a better experience.
I originally signed up for the Sweet and Savory food tour, however there weren’t enough people so I agreed to switch over to the Chinatown tour. I loved it!! Even though my hotel was literally 700m down the road I hadn’t ventured up to Chinatown. Even without all the hawkers it’s something to check out! Having a guide to take me through it all was fabulous. All the options in Singapore are overwhelming; literally food everywhere. This helped me to figure out what was good and where to go to get good food! This was my first food tour ever and I think I’ll have to make it a thing wherever I go. I believe my guides name was Olivia; she was absolutely amazing! I can’t say enough positive things about her. Oh and we got lots and lots of food. Seriously, lots. And I eat a lot. I think I went back to my room and laid down for a few hours after it finished. So don’t worry about getting enough.
Upon landing in Singapore, we headed to the historic Katong district for a wonderful experience learning about this historic area and sampling an amazing array of foods all within a few blocks! Katong is a bit out of the center but really historic and where the real Singapore lives. There were only two of us in the group so we received amazing attention from our lovely guide (Eisler?) who was prepared with napkins, water, utensils, plates and lots of helpful tips. . As a chef himself, our guide knew so much about the source and preparation of all that we sampled. Go hungry as you will be stuffed! Well worth the time and $.
Another great day in Singapore … thanks to Leo. He is kind, fun, knowledgeable and a great tour guide. He showed us the non-touristy side of the Hawker Stalls. It was a fascinating day filled with information and food. We tried 10 different dishes (thank goodness by BF and I shared). Each dish was something we never would have tried without Leo guiding the way and we enjoyed each and every one!
He also took us to the Singapore City Gallery to learn about the past, present and future of Singapore. It was a wonderful stop filled with information presented in an beautifully interactive style.
We did 8,000 steps following Leo to a few of his old favorite Hawker Stalls and even a couple with a Michelin Star.
Impressive Indonesia food - nasi padang! I didn't expect to get this unique quality in SG they are different taste from the normal malay style nasi padang. They have 8 types of different curry sauces & all taste differently! & many more dishes apart from nasi padang! Alot of their stuff are from Indonesia. Worth trying out you won't be disappointed!
The perfect end to our honeymoon adventures. Took the sunset cruise and were treated to delicious food and stunning views as well as impeccable service from the lovely Khadijah. Highly recommend Royal Albatross for a special occasion 💕
Gee Soo, Boo was our guide on this “food tour “. This was so much more. A little history, a little culture , a lot of food, all from a man who loves his country. I can’t recommend this tour enough. And with any luck, you will have Gee as your guide.
