Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

The Singapore Starry Night trip was such an amazing experience! A lovely way to see the beauty of Singapore at night and I would recommend it to anyone traveling to Singapore. Adam our tour guide was really amazing, very knowledgeable and fun! Along with Adam, Aida and Yash also assisted with the tour and together they made sure we were on time to every show and I truly had such an amazing experience because of them..Thank you so much!!

Great tour guide,Roger who entertaining and informative. The tree light show was underwhelming as it seemed dated. City at night was beautiful and the gardens were spectacular

The bus tour starts at SunTec City mall , which is where I would recommend boarding the tour due to high volume of passengers. There are two routes: red and yellow. The red route goes to more older traditional locations whilst the yellow goes round newer locations . Overall we preferred the red route.
The commentary is by pre recorded headphones and is quite informative. The buses travel at a reasonable speed allowing you to view the sites easily.
We booked the tickets online under big bus Singapore, and suddenly I received an email from a company called Headout and an SMS from a USA number ( also mentioning Headout). I was sceptical that I had been scammed but the tickets were within the mail and when we presented the tickets at the boarding point all was ok. So it does work ok.
The red tour was very enjoyable but, for me, the journey through little India was the most memorable part due to the wonderful array of spice smells!
We never got off the bus as stops were busy (it was Chinese new year time) and enjoyed seeing the sites.

My family and I had a great experience on the Duck tours on Day 2 of the Lunar New Year. The two Captains and the guide, Sam, were fantastic.

Our tour guide was Loy. He provided a history of Singapore during our ride to the Singapore Flyer, Supertrees Gardens by the Bay and River Cruise. Scenery was fantastic and we took many spectacular photos. A highly recommended tour!

We had a purposefully long layover in Singapore, and this tour was the perfect way to see the city. Our guide, Lynne, was fantastic. Note that while she did provide great information, she did not accompany us to each site, which threw us off at first. However, that worked out better than we had hoped. Because parking is impossible in Singapore, she dropped us off at each location, and we just texted her when we were done; she was there quickly, and we went on to the next location. We hit all of the key tourist sites and then some.
The Changi Airport is like none other in the world. If you have a layover of 4 hours or less, I would spend it exploring the airport. If you have a longer layover (ours was 10 hours), then definitely see Singapore; it's stunning, and doing it with Lynn is the way to go.

This experience was great; seeing the wide variety of animals at night. This was an experience I won't forget. This is an adventure that's a must see and do while in Singapore.

This tour was the best part of our Singapore trip. Gerry was an amazing guide who provided us with an awesome tour full of food, history, culture and plenty of laughs. Having grown up in Singapore, Gerry had a great insight into the different cultures and history of Singapore. My advice is to skip breakfast before the tour. We were provided with a great variety of food all freshly cooked by local hawkers stands. Stand out was the freshly baked garlic roti bread in little India and the refreshing gelato we ended the tour on. Highly recommend this tour.

Kim was very knowledgeable, courteous and extremely informative. She educated us about the history of Singapore. The light show at Gardens by the bay was amazing. You can’t go wrong booking a tour with Kim.

This was an excellent tour - I learnt so much about the history and culture of Singapore and got a really good understanding of how the different areas connect together by walking around. The river cruise gave great views of the architecture and the juxtaposition of old and new. Richard (the tour guide) was very knowledgeable and friendly.

Great tour from start to finish. Andy is the best terrific insight and knowledge. Ours included stops for breakfast and lunch. Andy pics where renowned resturants. The tour was great to the Chinese museum. We drove to beautiful historic landmarks with Andy filled with historical knowledge of the areas , the state and the country. Highly recommend asking for Andy when you are ready to visit Malaysia. Just being honest border crossing is not fun. Thank you Andy for a great day. M&M and C&C.

A very long day but van was very comfortable to ride in and Joe was very competent driver. We enjoyed the banter with him.
Airman was good guide, able to answer all of our questions. Saw lots of historical sights - Malaka; in Kuala Lumpur saw many of the important places to their culture, history and religions. Traffic was very heavy which accounted for some of the excessive time ( 0500 hr to 2300 hr) but hotel pick up and drop off was great. This is the way to see some of Malaysia if you are on a tight schedule!
