Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

What travellers are saying
- George GSydney, Australia56 contributionsThe IMM outlet mall is a 5 minute walk from the Jurong East MRT stop. Follow the J Walk signs from the MRT stop and walk the whole trip undercover.
The mall is quite compact but filled with plenty of brand names. I wouldn't say it's filled with bargains. Every store has something that is value but you have to be lucky with size and variety. There was value still to be found at Charles and Keith, Kate Spade, Coach, Guess, Adidas, Puma and Nike. It really is the luck of the draw. I still managed to pick up final sizes of Adidas and Nike runners for $40 SGD each with mark down prices and in-store discounts. Overall most stores are normally priced.
The mall had a good value food court.
Try to avoid the weekends as it's very busy.Written 3 February 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. The covid layout is a beauracrat’s dream - maybe obstacles and barriers for you to navigate and tear your hair outWritten 17 December 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - TrailsOfAnneSingapore, Singapore4,727 contributionsThis place has a rather large variety of both raw and cooked japanese food. The promotion with uob can be attractive, this month it is a 1-1 promotion of lobster salad roll. Some months are salmon sashimiWritten 22 December 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- LondonFamily88London, UK1,000 contributionsVisited the store in Suntec City.. It's a Japanese home store full of bits and pieces that you didn't know existed and can't do without! A good place to place to spend an hour browsing stationary, face cleansers, cleaning products and small gadgets! Seems better quality than Daiso.Written 13 September 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
