- magnoliaJakarta, Indonesia82 contributionsI went to taman ismail marzuki area after renovation. I went to the the S.Sudjojono and Emiria Soenassa gallery to see art exhibition. In the outside of building, you can find some nice mural of Raden Saleh and Ismail Marzuki. If you go upstair, you can find Perpustakaan Jakarta (Jakarta's library). You need to sign up on Jaklitera website before entering the library. You also need to store your belongings to the counter. You also cant bring food and drinks to the library. The library is spacious, lot of books and chairs, wifi access. It's comfortable. If you go upstair, you can find another library: Pusat Dokumentasi Sastra H.B Jassin, which offer more of Indonesian literacy.
If you go outside to the back area, you can musholla/mosque and theatre.
It's not much place of food center, but you can find some outside.

Recommended to stay for 1-2 hours. Art pieces of Indonesians great artists are displayed here along with the history. At the end of the visit, I also got two hard-cover books about Basoeki Abdullah!
