Enjoyed the birthday SPA delight at the Ritz, which started with the 90 min relaxing massage, followed by a light lunch buffet at the executive lounge and finale with the enjoyment at the swimming pool. The whole experience was nice, all staffs are kind, professional and helpful. The pool area is amazing with a terrace which photos of HK sea view and night view can be taken. The staffs at swimming pool area are very sweet to offer help in taking professional-like photos for guests, very talented!

Great spa in the icon hotel, good view but be reminded to book in advance as they have limited treatment rooms.

Quality therapists along quality spa products, recommend this spa a lot

My friend tried it out for the first time after seeing it on Bobuy with a discount at a cheaper price. She recommended it to me and it turned out to be an amazing experience.

MiraSpa had only been open for 7 months at the time I visited. Spa facilities are beautifully bright and modern.

I booked a MiraTouch Journey treatment which was fabulous.

My only suggestion for the Spa is in relation to where you wait before and after your treatment. Having to sit in the bright dressing room trying to relax and drink your soothing ginger tea with people changing and blow drying their hair around you doesn’t really create that zen feeling you’re looking for before heading into your treatment. Setting up a quiet waiting zone separate to the dressing room would be my suggestion.

Overall I came out feeling wonderfully relaxed and very pampered.

I came in with a booking reserved over the phone 30 minutes prior. I came in hoping to get a consultation on my health issues since I was aiming for a session in reflexology. This is actually just a massage parlor for foot massage. And while I already read about what the treatment service was going to be, having that shoulder massage felt good. The foot massage was also not too bad, with the masseur giving firm yet solid pressure on my feet. For its price, it is not really bad.

I've lived in HK for 4 years and getting massages are hit and miss. Sometimes it would be great to explain EXACTLY what you want / need. Finally I have found a place. It is in TST and the owner Moon speaks good English and does a mixture of deep tissue and soft massage. Highly recommend if you want a decent massage.

Really comfortable place to relax with nice Tibetan music around, you can have privacy room to do the body steaming treatment, like a mini sauna, room included Television, store box , wifi, clean towel , cap..etc., basic facilities.

I was appreciated that shop provided a lots skincare and Japanese make-up stuffs for free to use, but make up product need ask from receptionist in advance

The shop location just opposite of SOGO, exit F1 of Causeway bay metro station, so convenience

The space is gorgeous. The services/ products on offer have breadth and depth unlike any other facility in Hong Kong. Whether you are looking for an afternoon pause in your busy day or a couples' weekend, you have to experience it to believe it.

Highly Recommended: A lunch set at the Sakti Bar, a soundscapes experience, a tea ceremony.

CrossFit Typhoon is a cool little box. The place is raw and filled with street art that one can appreciate; I mean who doesn't like Yoda!

The place is pretty small, but like most HK areas space comes at a premium. I was able to schedule a drop-in WOD with Josh and also get a T-shirt for $350 HK Dollars. I love the tagline #gettothebunker! The equipment here is well kept and gets the job done. This is also a dog friendly gym, which I do miss since in the US, there is less and less of that, but I get it. I am not used to the HK humidity so definitely bring lots and lots of water!

In the end, CrossFit Typhoon was really welcoming and accommodating. They have all the equipment needed to get your WOD on and Coach Josh is awesome - thanks again for allowing me to WOD at the Typhoon! - Enjoy!

You'll find sports and recreation centres in numerous communities throughout Hong Kong under the management of the Leisure and Cultural Services Department (LCSD), including this place at the Shun Lee Estate and Park in Kwun Tong. It is open from 7am to 11pm daily.

Here you will find typical sports courts, fitness rooms, dance studio, table tennis area and golf driving lanes. What makes this sports centre different is the rock climbing wall they have setup outside of the centre, qualification and credentials needed for use. There are also tennis courts and outdoor football pitch in the park area that surrounds the Centre as well.

On the whole, this is a quality venue for the public and area residents of Kwun Tong but probably not a place that visitors to Hong Kong will seek to make use of or enjoy during their visits to the city. To find other sports centres and public swimming pools around Hong Kong, visit the LCSD website.

This is the first time I visited Himalayan Salt room in Hong Kong. When I stepped inside, the black stone floor was warm, the walls and seats are built with Himalayan salt bricks with warm orange lighting. This calming feeling of the room made me feel at ease. I do my mediation for an hr. Just make sure to drink a lot of water to prevent throat dry but it really works to my nose with great breath and no more mucus. I would recommend to people regardless of whether you suffer from any of the ailments. It was worth to try!
