- Dr-Leeb-AOsnabrĂĽck, Germany25 contributionsThe booking process with "Travel China Guide" was fast and flawless and the tickets were provided on time before the visit, all communication with the company was exceptionally friendly and helpful - their webpage contains a lot of information, is well structured and easy to understand and use.
On the day of the visit the tickets could be used as expected without any issues. The Summer Palace itself including various points of interest, gardens, a big lake with boats to transverse etc. is extraordinarily beautiful! We have spent hours on site to see and do everything and it was very enjoyable, the reachability per subway as explained by "Travel China Guide" is fast and easy.

- Dakalo N1 contributionDid the Great Wall tour with Mubus. The communication during the booking process and during the tour was excellent and clear. Our tour guide was Mike and he was an exceptional guide. He communicated very clearly, was knowledgeable and made the tour fun. I booked the option with buffet and the food was well-prepared, delicious and fresh. I also added the option for a 30 min guided tour of the Great Wall. The tour guide assigned for that was Taka. A huge shout out to him as he was full of energy, gave me a good background and history of the place. I have so much more appreciation of the Great Wall of China because of him. He is also so entertaining. I am so happy I choose to explore this wonder of the world with Mubus. - Erica L14 contributionsMy family and I had an amazing tour today. I especially chose an English speaking tour. Our tour guide, Candy, was so informative and I learned a lot of China’s history. She also helped us to take many family pics. I’m glad I took my children to this tour. My mother, who has visited many times even said that Candy was much more informative than the other tour guides that she had before and she also enjoyed it very much! We went to The Forbidden Palace, Tiananmen Square and The Great Wall- MuTianYu. Honestly could not recommend an experience here highly enough. For those travelling with limited time, or happen to be stressed about accessibility/transport/ticketing, look no further than this experience.

Find a season where its not crowded to avoid rush. Once snow falls, the palace looks so white and amazing.

- Nicholas HoodUpper Arlington, OH21 contributionsKeith was a good tour guide. He was kind of non-chalant and cool, and pretty well spoken all together. We discussed very boring economics in the vehicle en route to the sights. The destinations themselves are of course easy 5 stars and should never be missed when in China. Again, Keith was very easy to speak to and not so formal, making it just a bit like a tour with a friend. I tried many times to make him laugh, which was tough. He is a tough sell! But I got him at least once laughing. The car ride is a little bit long but that’s expected to see The Summer Palace and The Great Wall all in one single day. We left our printed photos from The Great Wall Photo Booth from the slide down and he carefully took photos of our photo (at my request as we had left town already) and was very helpful. It’s walking based and some travel; with several or more stops to experience street food and other dishes. I would temper expectations to a truly local cuisine, rather than something decadent and western in diet. I am very grateful for the experience and it gave me a chance to ask questions regarding the overall Chinese experience and logistics, for my own personal use and travel.
