We were picked up 06:30 sharp at the agreed location. The drive to the wall was comfortable and Linda spoke English very well. We drove close to the cable car entrance point and we spent 2 houts at the wall. One could also stay longer on the wall if needed. For the way down Linda organized a rikshaw down to the car park and we drove to the place where we got classes in making dumplings. OK, the focus was to make small pancake shape and then put the filling (already prepared) and pinch it and close them.
Thus was very interesting to see the technique of closing the dumpling. After that the dumplings were boiled and another 4 delicious dishes were prepared. All was great. We were interested to do a tea ceremony nearby and we learned a lot about teas. All is free.
We returned to our hotel at 14:30 and it has been an enkoyable trip! We can recommend it!

Helena Han was an amazing guide, I took my 10 & 11 year old, the tour was a gorgeous insight into the culture of Beijing. We all loved it, superb for a Mum on her own developing the children’s cultural awareness. Wonderful and thank you 🙏

We experienced her kungpao chicken cooking class through our company event (via zoom), and she is very fun and friend to be around. Besides popular Chinese dishes, she is good at storytelling, introducing culture, telling us things about Beijing, and introducing suitable ingredients and alternatives. I definitely wish I was in Beijing to learn cooking offline with a group and dine with her together.

Dom taught a group of my daughter's middle school-aged friends and their parents how to make jian bing over the CNY holiday. It is a fun mid-day activity that sets you up with a full belly and the know-how for making this delicious Beijing street food staple at home. Thanks, Dom!

Sunflower Li was a phenomenal host. We had no idea what to expect going into this adventure, but Sunflower made sure we were taken care of every step of the way. From traveling by train to cooking to playing badminton, my wife and I had a fantastic time. Trust me. If you want to actually experience a "day in the life" of someone from Beijing, this is the activity to do. You won't regret this experience.

Had an interesting afternoon touring the Summer Palace with a group of four from my family. Our guide Owen walked us thru the Palace ground nicely to accommodate my elderly mum.He was very knowledgeable of the Chinese history and explained every detail of the courtyards and gardens in the Palace to us.
We were totally impressed by him on this tour.
Dinner at the CCTV Tower was good too.A wide spread of choices of food in this pretty revolving restaurant.
