Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Rows upon rows upon rows of shopping! I would say over half of it is selling beads and jewelry and the other half is home goods. There were some cool sellers that would carve a name stamp for you right there. There’s also an indoor part that has more expensive shops, such as for furniture, tea, or high end jewelry.

My family didn’t buy much but got a few trinkets. Remember to haggle! Overall a good experience but I don’t plan to go back soon.

Supposedly the oldest shops in Beijing but not overly sure of that? But good fun for a stroll and a look at lots of knick knacks! Pretty warm day so a nice cold can of beer helped with the walk. Would get very busy at night with a large selection of bars & restaurants on the street or nearby over the bridge. Was full of both locals & tourists on our visit but worth a look and the area is very nice with the lakes & Byways.

We have been to Pop-UP several times in the past weeks, having only discovered this place quite recently. What a gem!
The shop has fabulous stuff for sale, ranging from massive antique pieces down to Beijing-themed greeting cards. Not cheap, but value for money.
Down a few steps is the bar/restaurant/coffeeshop/lounge - whatever you want it to be. Great selection of very well priced wines; delicious nibbles, freshly made poor-over coffee. And the place turns into a cinema, or a hat-making workshop or a sketching class, depending on the time and day. (They have a website for details).
It is our new favourite alternative home in Beijing!
Check it out - you won't be disappointed.

Tianneman square is a historical location , and you can compare with india gate in delhi . It very near to forbidden city so its exactly not a seperate location but can walk thrugh it while on the way to forbidden city. There is nothing special to watch but just can experence vastness of the place.

This was a stop on a tour I was in. The craftmenship is beautiful and getting to watch the workers in action was pretty cool.
