Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Seeing the statue of Rameses II was impressive. Hearing the stories of how and swhen it was discovered, how they moved it, the stories about Rameses... I loved it.

Islam was amazing with us, I felt very comfortable and his hospitality was amazing. His jewellery was very beautiful and the clarity is of high standard. I recommend New Golden Bird Bazaar if you are looking for something for yourself or someone else as a gift.

I've been waiting to visit the Art Centre since the pandemic began and wasn't disappointed. The staff are all informative and kind--and the artists are uninformatively passionate. I was hugely impressed by their dedication to quality and traditional weaving. For instance, all the dyes used in the tapestries and weavings are *grown* and harvested from plants, such as indigo, at the Centre.

Egypt, unfortunately, is awash with cheap imported crafts. Don't miss your chance to support creative, local artists from Cairo !

If you need to buy some stuff other than souvenirs while you are in Giza, this is a good place. You get off the street and find some quality. Good for those who are staying in hotels in Giza.

It was authentic papyrus and a nice art selection in the shop. Negotiate the best deal possible in all of Egypt, and don't feel guilty here for doing the same. Nice group of people, and it was mostly a screen print style art that was signed. Keep in mind, it still comes from Egypt!
Nice stuff to buy. Try and get papyrus art at the end of the tour. Keeping up with it for 7 days is a nightmare!

Great hospitality! They have a huge collection of papyrus both for Egyptian history and Arabic/Islamic Choreography. They also have a few collections written in phosphorus where you'll get different designs/shapes in the dark . Glad to have the little demonstration on how papyrus is being prepared by Cutting the stalks.
The product price is very very costly, I had a failed negotiation of 100 EGP for their ask of 600 EGP, but got something similar with 75 EGP from a small shop near the Tahrir square.

It was my 1st time to see a movie in " MX4D " , I saw guardians of the galaxy Vol 3 , and was worth it !! ,
Of course, a Marvel movie with a lot of visual effects, action and movement, made this experience one of the greatest things it could be
Guys, I was riding with them on the spaceship, my chair moved with its movement, if there was an explosion, you would feel it, if someone fell on the ground, I would feel a bump coming in my back and under the chair, if a bullet hit the side of the character's ear, air rushing from the air pump behind the chair would pass beside and below me as if the bullet hitting me personally,, every movement, every hit, everything happens you feel it , I was afraid of the scenes of Drax when he hits someone because the chair keeps swinging at me, as if I am the one who takes the hits , so i really want you to see this by yourself and you won't regret it

We weren't told ahead of time that this was in our itinerary, but our guide had us stop here. He did just tell us we could learn and the process. He was correct, but that demo takes less than 5 mins. The person who does your demo then seems to guide you around for you to shop. It wasn't super hassling, but still awkward as we were NOT going to buy anything. I do appreciate the process and some of the hand painted scrolls are beautiful, but it felt like an unnecessary waste of 15 mins.

    We were a group of five aged; 23, 17 & 15.

We have tried their newly introduced kidnapped room, it was a lot of fun.

We were a group of five, got separated in two two groups, then sent to two different rooms, where we had to find a way to communicate with each other, as each group could reveal a clue that could help the other group unlock something in their room.

It required logic, team work, enthusiasm and fun spirit.

The game got better and better but for the sake of not spoiling it.

The team was very friendly and helpful. They explained everything beforehand, and were available to guide us with clues when needed.

I would recommend this place and this specific room to everyone.

Soul of Egypt did everything they could to make every moment of our time in Egypt exquisite. From the knowledgeable guides to the fine selection of retaurants to the curated experiences, every minute detaill was tended to almost invisibly. From the beginning, our communication with Amro made us feel.at ease and safe. Our guides Mohammed and Ali brought wisdom, joy, laughter and warmth and made us feel not just welcome, but at home. I highly recommend Soul of Egypt!

With Bastet Tours, our trip to Egypt was filled with discoveries of hidden gems alongside the iconic landmarks. Their expertise in creating a comprehensive view of Egypt's heritage was impressive. The itinerary skillfully balanced well-known sites with off-the-beaten-path experiences, allowing us to connect with Egypt's vibrant culture in a profound way. Dining at local spots and visiting lesser-known markets offered a glimpse into the everyday life of Egyptians. While there were minor scheduling hiccups, the overall experience was incredibly enriching. Bastet Tours is ideal for those seeking to explore the depths of Egypt's history and culture.
