Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Our tour guide for this trip was Esraa who is a local guide. As a local she was able to introduce us to the local cuisine and produce. Esraa was resourceful and was able to provide an itinerary that suited our interests (Cairo museum, Giza pyramids and the Great Spinx; Alexandria, Aswan, Luxor (High Dam, Luxor, Karnak and Philae temple), Edfu temple; Valley of the Kings, Hatshepsut temple. A variety of mosques.(Jordan-Petra)) She was resourceful and was able to also organise our trip to Jordan-Petra and ensured that our family was well looked after. She also organised a cruise, local flights and other forms of transportation. She is well-informed and was able to teach us a little about hieroglyphics and the stories that accompanied them. She is a passionate tour guide and that made our experience worth-while. All in all, I would recommend.

Had a wonderful time together. Dr.Muhammad, an Egyptologist of high esteem, enriched us with his understanding at every moment and point. The visits to the historical site became truly meaningful because of him. Adel Ahmed of Nuba Flower Tours, the tour organiser not only made very good arrangements for us, but also made the trip special with the touch of his warmth.
The compatibility between like minded people in the group made it very enjoyable.
The trip shall remain a memorable one.
    Thank you all for everything.

Friendliness and detailed presentations of tour guide, Dr. Dalia Amine was very unique. We had fun and good learning of some aspects of the ancient civilisation of Egypt. It was awesome as she explained socio-cultural practices in ancient Egypt times. We also had great experience at the pyramids in Giza with our guide always ready to provide explanations for questions at this great site of one of the great wonders of the world.
