- TTOverseasCairo, Egypt206 contributionsThe Cave Church is worth a visit, we combined it with "Garbage City" and enjoyed wandering around the Cave Church Location. We visited with a Tour Guide, so this helped us understand the history and explain the paintings and carvings.Written 30 April 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- AMohsenPort Said, Egypt404 contributionsIt is some sort of a hidden gem as being not that well known to everybody. It has a very cheap ticket and comprises several sections and buildings constructed and designed by the prince's own vision. The decoration elegance and the stories underlying the prince's intentions for building this palace and his decoration choices are all quite impressive. There are different parts, one room for special guests, the bedrooms, the dining room, the ladies seating room, hunting museum, the outdoor gardens..etc. Finally, it is quite hard to go with a private car due to the congestion and parking unavailability, so a taxi is much easier.Written 16 May 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.

I often very randomly review photos on my phone from there to remind myself that it was real – great pyramids of Giza, Saqqara, Islamic and Coptic Cairo. All these days we were accompanied by Ibrahim Morgan and his team and I cannot imagine exploring all the sights without them. We were surrounded with endless care and attention to what we were interested in. I think I will never forget the priceless opportunity to have an answer to every of my question (there were billions of them). The most precious moment from these days was about sitting on the Sultan Hassan Mosque floor and listening to the spread of Islam’s in Egypt history for 1,5 hours (thanks again to enormous amount of my questions).
We’ve also traveled to Upper Egypt to Luxor and Ibrahim kindly provided us with local guide services. Maryam, part of Ibrahim’s team, was thoroughly instructed by him about what we wanted to see there. Thanks to her magical organizational skills we were lucky enough to escape any queues in the midst of the tourist season and school holidays.
If I ever have a chance to visit this country one more time, I’ll definitely do sightsee with Ibrahim again as I have plenty much left to discover there.Written 27 April 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC. - Viki L1 contributionIt was fantastic, amazing trip, should try it, it worth it. - David_UttleyBoone, NC17 contributionsWe can’t recommend Mina’s tour company more highly! They are very professional, on time, with great information to make your vacation special. They are also very reasonable! It’s not worth the hassle to use any other tour company. To get the most out of your time in Egypt, call Mina, you won’t be disappointed!Written 15 May 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- harry g1 contribution1. The representatives that met us at both Airports, Cairo and Amman were excellent, got us trough customs and immigration very fast and out to our transportation, they were very helpful and answered all our questions.
2. Our Guide in Egypt Ramadan was excellent, outstanding he was very informative and friendly and attentive, he took us to the sights before all the big buses and before the heat, he made us feel like one big family he was very knowledgeable and explained the history of Egypt very well without over doing it. He was the best and we still talk about him and miss him. I also like the way he used what’s app to keep us all connected and we could share photos. He is the best tour guide I have ever had.
3. The standards of hotels were excellent I was not expecting the quality. They were all great. Clean and spacious.
4. I really enjoyed our overnight in Wadi Ram the tents were great food good and that was a lot of fun we sat out with our cups of coffee and saw plenty of stars and the peace and quiet was nice.
5. The highlights of the trip were of course the Pyramids and Perta, Luxor and Wadi Rum and the Dead Sea.
Overall it was a great experience and I like the smaller groups I would highly recommend the trip but maybe anyone over the age of 50 should consider adding the cruise. I know it was my choice but maybe my age 66 you should have recommended the cruise for me.
Im already looking at my next years trip, India or South America.Written 5 May 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC. - harpo44newcastle2 contributionsWe spent a wonderful 4 days in Egypt with many thanks to My Great Egyptian Tours. After negotiating the content and price of a 4 day package we were placed in the hands of a very experienced guide whose knowledge of Egyptian culture and civilisation could not be surpassed. Our guide was also well known and well respected at all of the locations we visited which only enhanced our feeling of safety and confidence. We also had a very experienced and safe driver so we knew that we were in good hands.
We visited the Great Pyramids of Giza, Saqqora, Memphis, a full day in Alexandria, a dinner cruise on the Nile and many other historic sites around Cairo. There were so many breathtaking moments
