What travellers are saying
- podrozniczka60New Jersey14,331 contributionsWe resided on Gezira for a few days and enjoyed our Zamalek walks. One day we decided to walk this busy bridge and it was an interesting experience. Very nice views of Nile from the bridge. You can also admire the Gezira from that perspective.Written 11 January 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- wick1979Dallas, TX2,849 contributionsIt's directly outside our hotel but it's nothing more then a common bridge with normal Cairo traffic jams.Written 19 October 2016This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- CymroCoimbra, Portugal3,344 contributionsI was surprised to find that there have been so few previous reviews for this bridge, which is listed on many maps as 'Kasr El Nil'. With a pair of lions guarding each side of the both entrances to the bridge, a wide footpath on either side and far less traffic than the 6th October Bridge. It offers good views up and down the River Nile. You will probably cross the bridge if you go to the Cairo Opera House.Written 6 August 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
