Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

What travellers are saying
- Vacation509486986334 contributionsI attended few perfume classes in Casamu.
Had enjoyed their make your own perfume class. Love their workshop place, so convenient to visit since it is in apgujeong, gangnam.
I really like their fragrance materials and love my own designed products,
Looking forward to visit Korea again to attend their new classWritten 5 September 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. I Went on a Saturday to draw short poses of the human figure. They had two nude male models and with each set of poses they increased the the time ranging from 3min to 20min. They models also made an interesting story with the poses. The space also provides drawing materials, some of which you borrow and others you pay for like large sheets of paper or even whole sketchbooks depending on your need. They had everything thought out well and it was a great experience and excellent practice for me and all for a decent price. I’m looking forward to going on a Friday night when they have longer poses. The space also provides actual drawing and painting courses as well so inquire about those if you’re interested. Doesn’t matter what level you are.Written 27 March 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- minaming4Seoul, South Korea3 contributionsI and my mom did hair and make up for photoshot for 1st birthday party for my son. She did amazingly. We wore Hanbok which is korean traditional dress and she knows how to do with make up and hair for Hanbok. Overall the greatest experience!Written 2 August 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Shirvaun M1 contributionThis workshop is a must do in South Korea. You learn about an amazing technique and get to take home a handmade souvenir. There is a variety of products that you can choose from to create your own Najeonchilgi; I chose a mirror, and my mum chose a bookmark. After curing they both look so vibrant and beautiful!Written 8 October 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - LarryEelesRoyston, UK127 contributionsA nice place to let your hair down.
This place was fun, cheap, and something to do for an hour or two. Return to your childhood and play in the ball pits. Fun and stupid, but don’t expect much if you don’t like rainbows, unicorns, and ball pits.Written 27 October 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
