  • The ranking of tours, activities, and experiences available on Tripadvisor is determined by several factors including the revenue generated by Tripadvisor from these bookings, the frequency of user clicks, and the volume and quality of customer reviews. Occasionally, newly listed offerings may be prioritized and appear higher in the list. The specific placement of these new listings may vary.

Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Lizzy is a delightful person with vast knowledge about Seoul history and she gives her best to impart the true essence of the Korean culture.
She’s very hands on when she interacts with the people in her tour.

Mr. Young was an excellent tour guide with wealth of knowledge. He provided a lot of information on the history and culture of the Korea in relation to palaces, temples, and markets we visited. The palaces were absolutely exquisite. The lunch was wonderful. The lunch was provided at a nice restaurant and was quite delicious. The tour vehicle was clean and new. Again, our tour guide, Mr. Young, was attentive to our needs and requests.

Vincent was very knowledgeable and made the group feel relaxed and able to ask any questions . He provided great insights into the history of south ( and north ) Korea and had lots of great stories and anecdotes to share . He always took care of the group and made sure we took our time to get the most out of every spot we visited on the tour . Very relaxed and informal .

The guide was very friendly and knowledgeable. She was great sharing information on WhatsApp. The limousine bus was nice and cozy. It was winter and it rained that day but still had a great time. Nami island is nice and peaceful. They have some restaurants on the island so don’t have to worry about eating off the island but choices are limited. I saw people renting bicycles but the island is small and you have plenty of time to walk around. The calming garden was amazing with all the lights being displayed.

I really enjoyed the rail bike. It is a nice workout depending on how many people are in your car and if they help pedal. The tunnels are so much fun with all the lights and music.

It’s a long day doing all these activities but you have plenty of time to get some sleep on the bus.

Kyunghun made our tour such an enjoyable experience. He was super knowledgeable, providing interesting information about all the ancient historical sites and modern Korean culture. He was such a fun presence to be around and made us feel like we were hanging out with an old friend. He was well-organized, communicating with us before the tour and making sure we got the most out of the little time that we had in Seoul. I would 100% recommend him and will most definitely use their services again whenever I am back in the city. Thank you!

We really enjoyed this tour. Lina was a great guide! Very friendly and informative and made sure we had plenty of time for photos at each location. She clearly knows the city well and gave us plenty of great recommendations for restaurants and shops after the tour.

The tour operator was very responsive and communicated well with us in arranging our Vivian. We were picked up at our hotel in Incheon and taken on a full day tour of Seoul. Our guide, Jones, was excellent and informed us about local culture and language throughout the day.

We rented a hanbok to dress up for our tour of the palace. It was so much fun. About 40% of the locals do it as well. We also went to Bukchong Hanok Village, the Kwang Yang market for street food and toured throughout the city before heading back to Incheon.

It was a wonderful tour for only one day in Seoul. Highly recommended!

Very cool experience. I am glad we chose this tour on our trip.

Wear comfortable shoes, the suspension bridge at Gamaksan Mt. was worth the extra steps! We bought the extra ticket to ride the gondola, which was nice but we felt rushed since we had little time to explore.

Yuna did an amazing job at keeping everyone together throughout the entire tour. She was very welcoming and informative. #TeamYuna
