Visiting the Old Twon will give an authentic experience of Old Tbilisi life and history.
From old churches, Synagog, Mosque, Sulphur Baths and old buildings, to traditional foods, restaurants, bakeries and shops.
Walking through the stone roads, where you can rest any time at good cafe or restaurant makes it a good tour to explore the Georgian traditional cousin and drinks.

How to review the place you definitely must see from inside? Can not imagine Tbilisi without it. A stunning newly build Cathedral became a symbol of Tbilisi.

A gorgeous photo stop for sure. Really beautiful even though it was the winter, the colours were amazing and the clouds were hanging low. The stores are trying to sell to you constantly and charge you to take photos with the swings and hearts. Just take your own selfies. Really lovely photos stop!

The Narikala is an ancient fortress overlooking Tbilisi, and the Mtkvari (Vari) River. The fortress consists of two walled sections on a steep hill between the sulfur baths and the botanical gardens of Tbilisi. The fortress can be reached from a tramway or road. Aside from walking the fortress walls, other things to do on Narikala Hill include visiting the Mother of Georgia statue. The views of the city from top of the hill are spectacular.

Gorgeous piece of architecture. I think it’s almost prettier in the day because you can see the detail of the bridge. It’s always very busy but either way day or night it’s a gorgeous piece of architecture and a must see.

Best way to go up to Mount Mtatsminda is to use Funicular Car, from the down station to upper station, the trip might take max 5mins.
Tbilisi City View is wonderful from up and you can enjoy Georgian Food at Funicular Complex Restaurant.
Great garden over the mountain where you can enjoy the trees, flowers and the walk.
Also there is an amusement park where kids can enjoy their time.

Rustaveli Avenue is the central avenue in Tbilisi named after the medieval Georgian poet, Shota Rustaveli. The avenue starts at Freedom Square and extends for about 1.5 km in length.
We walked from the Freedom square to the end of Rustaveli road passed many government and cultural buildings on the way including
The Parliament of Georgia building, the Georgian National Opera Theater, the Rustaveli State Academic Theater, the Georgian Academy of Sciences, as well as the Kashveti Church.

Not a large market. If you are into watches, cameras, brass home hardware and fittings, military memorabilia and jewelry then this is the place. Lots of Shashkas and knives but looked so fake. Most of it is on the ground and very tight to move around. Depending on your searching skills, it takes about an hour to go through. There were lots of paintings but not terribly enticing.

The monument is located in a picturesque place overlooking the Tbilisi Sea. The most convenient way to get there is by taxi or with a guide by car, since the place is far from the center. I also recommend to go to the "sea" and enjoy the silence and clear water. You can swim in the summer

We loved the architecture and the possibility to stroll on an alley without having to go up or down the hill. There are many interesting small shops and oriental restaurants on the way, so it would be a pleasant walk if it wasn´t so loud and crowded.
Still a beautiful place to stroll.

Metekhi, is a Georgian Orthodox Christian church located on the left bank of the river Kura. It sits on the Metekhi Cliff opposite the old town of Tbilisi. Much of the existing structure dates back to the Middle Ages and was built in the 13 century although oral tradition traces Metekhi's origins further to the 5th century.
The cathedral is worth a visit.

Beautiful church, spectacular especially on the outside. I went in but only briefly as there was an ongoing funeral service at that time. Easily reachable from Rustaveli Avenue.

It is not the best place in the city, it is very noisy near the road, it is not convenient to take pictures. I recommend the place only to those who really appreciate these heroes, for the rest of the impressions there will be not much
