The most attractive point to visit especially when it's cold outside, there lot of time gaps and different services depending on a price you ready to pay.

I had a revitalizing spa day with massage, facial and a pool visit. The experience was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The view from the facilities was amazing and made the experience even better.
Will definitely return next time I'm in Tbilisi 💗

You can’t go to Tbilisi and not sample one of the natural sulphur baths.
There are a few establishments in a cluster and we chose at random. We booked a private room with bath, sauna and plunge pool. I chose to have the “ scrub and massage “ while hubby declined . Towels we’re included for a minimal charge. Beer/wine or water was on offer as part of the package too
We returned an hour later for our booking. We were shown downstairs to our room. Towels were clean fresh and fluffy. The room was a little runs down looking but remember this is an ancient spa bath experience. Flip flops were provided if required.
Sulphur smells and in confined space there is no escape …: but when you step into the hot soft water the smell is not important !
About 20 min in the massage lady arrived … she spoke minimal English but left me in. I doubt of what she wanted me to do ! I was scrubbed by what can only be described as a kitchen scourer then massaged with a cloud of bubble … all in about 10 min and she left to allow us to enjoy the remainder of our time.
For both of us it cost 120 gel (£25) and was def worth it for the experience

We were so looking forward to going there, as it was highly recommended by our hotel staff. The outside is really beautiful, and reminded be of Bath houses in Turkey. Once inside though, it's completely chaotic!

There are hundreds of tourists cramed in there, and and staff has no personality, nor care about making you "feel special" while over there. It's a let's let's as many tourists turnstiles type of place, they want your money, and then get out.

We thought by reserving the Royale Suite that they would give us a more "special treatment", especially since we paid $160 for one hour, but nope, didn't make a difference in their very blend attitude. We felt rush the entire time, and not welcomed at all.

The Royale suite was OK, but major improvements needed. There were many nasty brown streaks on the wall, and the place looked a bit rough in some spots. We definitely love the fact that we were private, but that's pretty much it.

The Sulfur bath was real nice the steam room wasn't steamy enough, and the dry sauna was extremely hot, in comparison to hundreds of Saunas I've been to before. The most disappointing thing though, is that we were very much looking forward to the snow room, as it's the only private suite that has that option. Nope, it wasn't available, as it was summer time, but no mention of that on their website.

This was overall an not so good experience. I do not recommend going there, as the staff doesn't care at all for anyone walking through their doors. An absolute let down, and won't be returning there again on a future visit.

Beautiful outside, good service, and you can pay for everything by card at the front desk. We pre-booked online directly through their website, which is convenient. Our bath room was as advertised. I dont think I'd do it again just because we like trying different things each time we travel, but it was a pleasant experience.

Friendly staff, clean room and baths. We had the room with 2 pools, one cold and one hot. We paid 100 GEL plus 20 GEL for the towel and soap which we found a little pricey.

The public bath was simple. 8 Lari to ener. Massage cost 10 Lar or 10 Lari for a scrub. It is a 5 minute process, but enjoyable. We have done baths before so this was a simple experience. Nothing fancy. I am sure there are "Fancy" experiences....but for a few dollars, you can have a nice experience.

When you want something other than just a soak in the famed sulfur baths in Tbilisi, try this place. You get that plus so much more! I got an amazing massage and also a much needed facial. It’s super clean and professional here. And the prices are great!

I visited the place for the first time today. I wanted to find a new stylist that would shorten my hair while also keeping a ponytail to sell. It is not the easiest thing to do to measure where you need to cut so after reading a couple of 1-star reviews, I got a little bit scared that they would mess it up, but everything went perfectly fine stylist(Giorgi) was very welcoming as well as the reception.

The advice I would give to foreigners would be not to expect 5-star service for 35 bucks. Altho this place does provide everything that's needed for your comfort. I am saying this as someone complained about coffee not being served? like, come on.

My advice would be to make your Georgian friend call up the place and specify each and every lari that you would be spending, not just here but in general, I wouldn`t expect this place to overcharge foreigners but there have been multiple cases in different bars and restaurants, so just be careful with that.

My friend and I visited the Bohema Bath in winter. In the beginning, we already had a bad experience as we felt like we were being rushed by the cashier/receptionist. As first timers, we had a lot of questions in terms of the services they offer and the facilities available in the bath house. However, we did not feel welcome at all as we felt like they are used to customers that visit them and that they do not care that much whether or not we would avail their services.

We paid two rooms with services including body scrub and soap massage. We also paid additional for our slippers and towels. Total amount paid was 148 GEL for the both of us.

I went to my room and started relaxing in the bath but after 20 minutes, I wondered where the masseur /masseuse was so I asked one of the attendants who barely spoke English but was trying to tell me to wait (at least as per my understanding). I patiently waited but another 25 minutes had passed, still no one was attending to me. I was soaked in the water for about 40 minutes but was left alone and unattended the whole time. I then again called the attention of the same attendant who then shouted towards her colleagues seemingly asking where the masseur/masseuse was. After a couple of minutes, somebody knocked on my room and it was a guy who spoke to me telling me that he already serviced my friend. I then asked about mine but he insisted in a high tone of voice that I did not pay. Despite explaining how much we paid and which services we opted to go for, he headed towards his colleagues and they spoke in Georgian. Then my friend came out of his room as he is done with his bath. After their conversation, he kept on insisting that we did not pay for my service and that we only paid two rooms for one service (my friend). I advised everyone who was there to check their records to see how much we paid but the guy said that the cashier is already closed and that it seemed like he was saying that he could not do anything.

His behaviour was not very accommodating, hence my complete disappointment and disgust. I changed my clothes and told them to just give me the money that I paid for the services which I did not receive and that I will report the incident to the police but the guy was provoking me to do so. The other female attendants asked me to wait as they already called their cashier to come back to the bath house as she already left. While preparing myself to leave, they were telling me to just sit and not get changed but I told them that I do not want the services anymore. I needed my money back.

The cashier came and they were all confused and she had an argument with another lady attendant. We had to explain again and they game me my money back. In the end, I paid for my room, slippers and towel just to be soaked in the water for 40 minutes.

It was indeed a disappointing experience. Staff seemed to be indifferent about their customer’s experience. They lacked customer service, problem handling and communication skills.

I will not recommend this bath house. I suppose, my experience would have been good or even way better if I had gone to the other bath houses available within the area.
