- Rosalia S6 contributionsIt was bad, very bad. We actually the only foreign in the group. The tour guide was explaining the trip in Vietnamese language for 40 minutes then explaining to us in English for 20 seconds. Yeah right?????
We had lunch on the small round table with 12 people, again only 2 of us weren’t Vietnamese.
We were paying too much to treated like this.

Our tour guide was amazing he went above and beyond in every way possible for us.
Had great recommendations and was so helpful from start to finish. - Jacques C2 contributionsBoth our tour agent Stephen and guide Hai went over and above our expectations. Despite multiple complications presented by our cruise ship on the landing location of our cruise ship (changed 3 times the locations during the cruise days before the landing) they accommodated to pick us up at that location that was 40 miles away from the original pick up location (with no extra charge), and provided us a very fun day of snorkeling in a tropical coral reef, lunch on a fisherman’s boat/restaurant/home, and a beautiful beach with a bar and opportunities for water sports. It was so reassuring that he knew where to go and how to get us back to the ship on time. He communicated with us so well with what we wanted and our expectations and made sure he had plenty of cold beer waiting as per our request. He made the day so memorable and enjoyable. We had our own private boat, We visited a fishing village which was awesome then went to two snorkeling locations had plenty of time to laze on the beach and finished with a beautiful local seafood lunch. If you want to have a good time, go with this company and Stephen guide. - Bobby D1 contributionThis excursion was amazing. What made it truly amazing was our guide Hai. He made us feel secure during the helmet dive and accommodated our time and wishes during the rest of the adventure. The helmet dive (sea walking) was awesome. we took a speed boat out to a vietnamese diving vessel and dove to the coral below to view all the local fish. We skipped the snorkeling afterwards to spend more time at a local beach on one of the nearby islands (daughters wishes). After drinks and beach time, Hai recommended lunch at a local floating farm. He called ahead and setup a set menu of fresh seafood. The freshest I've ever had. It was truly sensational.
