Great service and excellent communication with the trav consultant Kevin.
Our guide Hà was excellent and spoke great English, was funny and had great info for us. The boat is small with max capacity about 20 pax.
We had a small group of 10 all up and it was relaxing. The boat is not luxury but clean and comfortable. The crew were fantastic and there were enough activities.
Lần ha bay was beautiful and not too many boats there.

I enjoyed watching the scenery change as we drove. The peacefulness of the river ride along with the karst formations took your breath away. Ivan our guide was very knowledgeable and allowed us the time we wanted to explore. Next stop- Hang Mua where we climbed dragon back mountain. The views were stunning! - Tiger10 contributionsKevin from the travel agency is a decent guy and helped us a lot even in his Tet holiday. The tour is well organized and followed the schedule exactly. The handsome tour guide " Hi "(that's what he calls himself) is a very funny man and introduced the sceneries very well.Thanks to "Hi" and the driver for their service during the holiday.The Bai Dinh pagoda is in a very wide park, but don't worry . The round fares for the electric car are all included. The Trang An grottoes is the highlight of this trip.You definitely will be fascinated by the amazing caves and all the views along the river.And finally it will be a great challenge to conquer the Mua cave,climbing up almost 500 steep steps ro reach the summit. Afterward you can sleep all the way back to Ha Noi in the cozy limousine.

- FrankFlyingBangkok, Thailand20 contributionsThey should get our 5 star but the private pickup (really expensive) was done with an unfriendly driver, old shabby car. At one point the driver stopped for toilets and drove away without giving any additional instruction. We found the car parked somewhere, locked with our coats inside. It was very cold and windy. We went to a building next to the toilets where they told us that the driver went to drink coffee somewhere...

It was a very good trip for the price. There are a lot of activities squeezed into the 5 hours, so be ready to move quickly. The sites (Titop, Amazing Cave, and Bamboo boating) were incredible so I am glad they could fit them in to a single day. The staff was very friendly, attentive, and helpful. - HmoslundKalambaka, Greece62 contributionsPick up at 8.00 - 2 hours drive to the temple - with a 1 1/2 hour tour around the large complex - great photo opportunities !! The the buffet - which is a mess with many people - but also fun. Food is ok and plenty, you will have to pay for drinks - but price are reasonable . The with small bits around the caves - which is more nice than exiting - be aware of rain !!!
