Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

- Your Travel Buddy SGSingapore, Singapore32,188 contributionsDidn’t read much about the history of this site prior to my visitation. Apparently, emperor Ly was the founding member of the Ly dynasty. I found the history very similar to the Chinese one. Anyway, the place was well kept and we took some pictures there. Think only need to spend around 15 minutes and it was located very close to the lake. Maybe reading up a bit of its history will make it a more interesting place to visit.Written 20 June 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Dylan THong Kong, China6 contributionsArrived early- just after sunrise- and it was already busy with exercise groups, ballroom dancers, people working out on the the outdoor equipment, joggers and walkers. I went there for some quiet, I didn’t get it! Loud speakers pumping out music to exercise to by the different groups. It was a good place to be even if it wasn’t quiet, everyone happy and enjoying themselves.
As a botanical garden, it is a collection of trees, not much information with them. Somewhat disappointing if that is what you were after. A couple of grotty cages fur birds and a peacock need to be removed, very poor quality.Written 25 January 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
