Many people early morning can be seen doing jogging, walking & Tai-chi.
Many coffee & snack bars around for refreshments.
Also great for photographers.Written 22 May 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC. - 422ianaDunedin, New Zealand3,072 contributionsAn enjoyable run towards the lake and there was wide paths around the lake. Head to the pergola. Busy roads to cross.Written 5 December 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- LoBommerThe Royal Town of Sutton Coldfield, UK1,492 contributionsWe were disappointed with West Lake and went to the Pagoda and then headed over the road and started off round Truc Bach Lake, lots of restaurants on the side streets but not many overlooking the lake. We found some small tables and chairs in the shade where some locals were sitting, so we joined them and an old lady came and asked us waht we would like to drink, so we ordered some beers. I asked for a Banh mi but she said that she didn't do food but would ask someone else. A waitress turned up, I know not from where and she took my order. Shortly she returned and served us with the best Banh mi that I tasted in Vietnam.
The lake itself is nothing to write home about!Written 29 January 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC. - TambonzWaipu, New Zealand827 contributionsWhen we crossed it many times when in Hanoi... It was unfortunately always brown. Big River... No great deal about it... 750 plus miles long. Lots of ships in it.Written 27 June 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- Paul JBishops Stortford, UK241 contributionsSpent an hour here and did a leisurely lap of the lake. It really was lovely to be somewhere which fell totally local with families enjoying themselves and an impressive number of young and old exercising around the park. Really enjoyed it and felt completely different to the bustle you have only 20 minutes walk north.Written 15 April 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- congtoursHanoi, Vietnam6 contributionsI live near this lake and often I do running around the lake almost every morning. Personally I dare to say that Linh dam lake is the most beatifull one in Hanoi.Written 29 May 2018This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
