Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

This scientific collection of minerals and rocks from Vietnam can be interesting for geologists or rock lovers but is not suitable for the common tourist that knows nothing about geology. It is more a collection to study on than to be amazed by the beauty of rocks and crystals. Some information in English but not all. It is definitely a better geological museum than the one in Ho Chi Minh but also this one could use an update. Old and very dusty…

The name of the facility might be misleading as it evokes images of the Smithsonian or the Natural History Museum in London. This place is definitely smaller and a start-up version. However, the displays are quite impressive, educational and fun although somewhat cramped and wanting more space. The labels are mainly in Vietnamese as the facility is mainly directed towards the local populace. For a developing country, this museum is a manifestation of government funds well spent. It's a wonderful place for visitors to learn about the rich biology of this country. The 3-D movie theater is a nice treat.

I'm not a prof at this field but very nice artefacts at the site, definitely worth a visit. Such a pity there is only one room.
