The staff was very nice and helpful.
They have a shower room too but you have to bring all the essentials - towel, soap, shampoo.
All in all it was a fun experience as a first time boulderer(?). Couldn't make it past the Grade 3 though, since I felt it was designed for foreigners, most stuff I could not reach haha. The spa area is absolutely spectacularly bedecked with some beautiful cuts of stonework. All sparkly and new it has a feel of upmarket appeal. Staff were perfectly efficient at taking our booking and then running through the health questionnaire to determine any issues / desires focus of the session / intensity etc.
Once in the treatment area (OH and I were in the same room together which was pleasant) work rapidly became real. We had ambitiously opted for sports / deep muscle tissue massages. Each masseuse asked whether a particular area / pressure was acceptable - only in a few occasions was it just too intense (and in particular the whole body twisting at the end) and they were more than happy to slacken off. A full hour of pummelling later we went and had a swim in the rooftop pool to ease off.

Ms. Hue was my massage person. I had with her 2 times hot stone massage in addition a facial ...honestly she did an awesome and a mazing job.

Then another wash before a final styling. Only disappointment was the shave I asked for, although done well, was with an electric shaver not a straight razor. We stripped down in a room full of women into paper underpants. Leave inhibitions at home as the whole experience leaves you feeling amazing. - Ryan O3 contributionsI was looking for a gym to drop in for a few days while in Hanoi. The big California gym wanted close to $20 for the day while Heros wanted less than 3 dollars. The gym is small but it had squat racks, benches, dead lift platform with bumper plates, and more. Her cranial sacral work was particularly effective and Karen took the time needed to talk through and understand my unique issues. I would whole heartily recommend Karen for any treatment offered.
